For a Hulk Hogan Halloween Costume they were a hit. The pants did get looser and looser around the waist the longer I wore them. It would have been nice to include a draw string since the wasteland doesn’t have an elastic it’s just a cloth waist band. Other than that they did their job.

Loose electric waste band
The waist band was horrible! I had to wear leggings under these to make sure my butt wasn’t hanging out. I’m tall so the length was covered by the wrestling boots.

For a hulk hogan 80’s anniversary party. Bought for my husband who is a 2lx size 42 waist. Probably could have got 2xl but the 3xl is fine too
