Sad I didn't buy it sooner
Truly skeptical as most of the fountains I bought break down with in months. This is still holding up. My fish turtles and frogs love it plant life thrives. Well worth the buy.

Not all it describes to be.
Cord is thin. Bio balls cheaply made. Filter box very thin, cheaply made. After all the trouble of getting it all fixed in the pond, the pump did nothing when I plugged it up. I contacted the manufacturer. The instruction sheet had a email address to contact if there were ANY Issues and with a promise to get back with you within 10 hours. That was not true. After I told them pump didn’t work. They send me a email response asking me if I could describe in detail what the problem was. I said again, the pump did nothing when I plugged it up. It’s been 2 days and no response. DISAPPOINTED to say the least!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!Now I gotta search for another one while my fish wait STILL.Highly dissatisfied.

Ehhh not sure
Not actually sure this is even doing anything. The water is extremely green, cloudy. I have washed the filter weekly. Treated it with various chemicals, the filter just isn't doing what I need it to also don't love that you have to weigh it down to stay. I end up nearly taking a bath in the pond Everytime I'm trying to reset it from washing.
