The tech support was pretty prompt and thorough and clear.
Sadly, I did need assistance when I got it out of the box. Everything seemed to work fine but after a day, I noticed in the lower right hand corner - it was displaying that my version of Windows was not registered. This does not ship with the code, it's supposed to ship already registered and the Windows key is supposed to be coded (somehow) onto the motherboard. So when I go through the steps to register, the registration key is pulled (I assume from the bios or cmos or something) and it goes smoothly. In the end, I had to be given a code. I was sad that after formatting and reinstalling windows, I lost the very awesome background and pre-loaded support applications that they include. However, I was able to go to the website (on the business card included with the computer) and resume the chat. I went with Chat since I work from home and I wasn't sure if I would get a call while I was in the middle of something. I've been in tech support from 1995 to 2017. I've supported people that wandered into a Wal-Mart and bought a pc to corporations to military contracts - this tech support was very good in my opinion. As fort he computer - it's NICE. Playing Elden Ring and Fallout 76 and I've installed the Amazon Prime video viewing app. The movies and shows are very crisp and thus far - no crashes, no timing out, no CPU lag. I gave the keyboard to a friend that wanted a backlit keyboard and I'm using an old Dell Alienware TactX Gaming Keyboard which requires 2 USB ports. This is a good buy.

Solid tower. Make sure to consult the manufacturers of the parts.
Really enjoying the tower. One thing to do after setting it up is going to the manufacturers website of your motherboard for your driver updates as windows will not update them properly.I was panicking due to the wifi and Bluetooth performing quite poorly for the power the board itself has. Also consider upgrading the mouse if you have big hands like myself.

Good system for general use
Took about a week to go from order to delivered. Well packed as it needs to be given the size of these 3 fan graphics cards. This case is massive but most of it is free air space. Only down side is that it only has 2 HDD + 2 SSD mounts.Would be great if the info packet had a list of things like what mobo is in it. For people like me that want to immediately put their old drives in and run an older the OS.Runs heavily modded New Vegas and Dwarf Fortress like a champ. Cause you never run a new game as your first start.

Just sad
I’m giving it a 3 Star because when I got it Skytech for got to activate windows. Which is pretty bad. Then wrote customer support a email about telling me it was installed in the motherboard. Even when I sent them pictures. Also I was looking at the motherboard and one of the pins for the connectors is bent. Luckily that one isn’t being used. The quality of computers have been going down hill it seems for this company. Being buying computers from this company for ten years. This is just sad. Other than that it runs pretty good. They need to do better on the quality control.Update: after having for a while now there are more problems hot glue to hold a plug for one of the fans in place and a bend on one of the pins on the motherboard. Like how to you mess up this bad just sad. Also now games just crash on this thing for no reason been trying to fix the it. Do not bad this thing ever.

Great computer, lack of some info irksome
Received the computer Monday afternoon, had it hooked up and running Tuesday morning.I've downloaded my game of choice and run a test game on it and the video is amazing. Good controls for the fans/lighting. Temp management seems good, I've had it on all day today and haven't felt excessive heat coming from the system. This is my first ssd and I'm impressed by the speed and quiet of the system overall. It runs Mechwarrior online on high settings with EASE, and looks amazing. The cons:*The inside of the case has no room for larger hard drives. One slot is available for another 2.5" SSD, but to drop in a HDD I don't see any place to put one.*My BIGGEST gripe - I have monitors that run on vga and dvi-d, I researched the GTX 1660 super about the i/o ports to make sure I had what I needed, but then the video card on the system came with 1 HDMI and 3 DisplayPort slots, so in order to run the machine I had to run over my budget by $200 to buy a DP capable monitor as well as pick up an adaptor from Staples for $35.I honestly didn't care for that little surprise.Other than those problems, I'm very happy with the purchase so far.If things change then I'll update my review.
