I’m American but buy only European polos because they fit tall skinny guys better. I don’t fit either and M or an L in most American brands. The shoulders are too tight in an M, but then a large has too much material around the mid-section, even if they are called slim fit.But European large is perfect usually. I’m 6’2 and 175 and this polo fits close, but with a little breathing room. So not skin tight. If you are really muscular you would need to size up to XL. If I was 185-190 like I used to be then would have to get XL I think

I bought size xl and it's like size m

My height is 175cm, weight is 79kg, and my shoulders are 48cm wide. XL size of slim fit fits perfectly with the shoulder width.

I am very disappointed as the shirt came in a plastic bag but when I opened the bag, the shirt had a STRONG body odor smell, it was disgusting! As I looked at the shirt you can tell it was used, it even had a little tug like it got stuck somewhere. The tags were not even attached either, they were just placed there. Hugo Boss should be more careful with their merchandise and make sure they are not used before they are sent to someone else! Unfortunately, I bought it for my son who is out of the country, he took it as is in the bag before we realized it was used, now I cant even return it!! Not good Hugo Boss!!!!
