This CAROTE 20cm frying pan works really well for everyday cooking. It heats evenly, the non-stick surface makes cleaning a breeze, and the handle stays comfortable to hold. It’s perfect for eggs, pancakes, and quick meals.That said, I accidentally had the heat a bit too high one day and noticed a smell. When I checked, the handle had turned a bit orangey and the coating peeled slightly. So just be careful not to get the handle too hot or too close to the flame.Overall, a solid pan for the price, just keep an eye on the heat around the handle. Would recommend!

1st day using my new pan.Firstly the pan came in an unnecessary large Amazon box but the pan inside was just wrapped in plastic. Delivery was within 24hrs of ordering.I gave the pan a hot water wash only and left to air dry. The base isn't smooth but suitable for my ceramic hob.The pan heated up in no time, so no concerns there.1st dish, day 1. A little butter first, mushrooms, sliced tomatoes & herbs. Perfect.X1 100% beef burger, cooked perfect.X1 Egg which is always the test most people like to see if the pan is good. Perfect. No sticking at all.Picture is straight after cooking, letting the pan cool down before I wipe. Will not wash at this time.Internal pan size is 16cm, external is 21cm. Lightweight but sturdy. I like the size as it was bought mainly for small meals.I will update this review once I used for a few weeks/months to see how it really holds up.

I've had it for almost 2 years and it's in absolutely perfect condition and I use it all the time, though admittedly mainly for frying eggs or omelette. The non stick seems perfect and it's light and manageable. It is the best I've ever had, so I've gone ahead and bought a big set of pans from the same brand, let's hope they're just as good and I won't buy any more for a long long time

It's a very nice pan ! Due to the thickness if the pan, the sides doesnt get burnt even when the flame is high. Easy to clean, perfect size for pancakes and omelettes ! My 10 year old can easily use it and cook !

Love this saucepan it’s a great size for cooking individual pancakes and omelettes with good depth. I only used a ver small amount of oil and it’s nonstick ability was great. It doesn’t scratch easily and the handle is solid and very easy to grip and work well with.

A small pan is one of my most go-to pans in the kitchen for solo work - scrambled eggs, fried egg, etc. I cook a lot so they get hammered. My previous pan was starting to have a few issues on my induction hob so I had a look around and found this. I was tempted to just replace with my existing brand but took a punt and am pleased I did - its better than my previous "stone/marblesque coating" pan by a distance. Two things for me make this better - firstly there are no handle rivet heads on the inside of the pan, which makes cleaning it easier. This is often overlooked by pan makers, and its a hassle when cleaning off scrambled eggs which stick to the rivet heads. Secondly, the coating is smoother than other types and so it makes it more non-stick and easier to clean. Didn't think I would like the handle as I prefer just plain utilitarian black but it feels comfortable and sturdy to use so I will live with that and it actually looks classy. Am so impressed with it I'm thinking of replacing my other pans with the other models in the range, even though I don't need to...
