Rag Doll Press (Biscuits, Buttons and Pickles)

I love these books! I got the Ivy Cottage book for our daughter years ago along with the dolls Ruby Buttons and Violet Pickles. The dolls are adorable and I fell in love with the books. We still have the dolls but the book has been misplaced. Now I'm collecting all the books for our granddaughters and they are really enjoying them.

Don't ask why ~ however I anticipated the book was hardcover by the $25 cost ~ considering that I've had the other original books since they were printed, mine are in better condition, after two daughters & now two g'daughters 😉 However I believe Rag Doll Press was used in a classroom situation. It's fine & completes my collection of a precious childhood memory 😉

Rag Doll Press is yet another sweetly well written and charming tale from EJ Taylor. The story is uplifting in a quirky and innocent way which is entirely endearing. Well worth tracking down the rest of these gems to share and keep!

Storyline

Great condition!!

Item was as described and was delivered in a timely manner. This is book four of a series. My granddaughter loves the series and I had to complete a set. I'm so glad this was available at Amazon.

Bought for my daughter as these were some of my favourite stories as I was growing up. Definitely stood the test of time. Lovely little children's stories.

This is part of a series written and illustrated for children by a consummate artist. EJ Taylor is well known and respected in the world of theatre and of figurine dolls and puppets. His work is of extraordinary quality. The illustrations in this book are an absolute delight. I think only second hand copies are now available - but well worth buying.
