Matcha Hydrating Foam Cleanser sold in the U.S. and Europe contains the same ingredients and quantity. The only difference is the notation standards.

For example, “green tea extract” is how the ingredient is listed in the U.S., but the list of ingredients must include all of the substances that make up green tea extract when sold in Europe.
