Intermatic Motor Long Leads Old Style 220V WG433-20D

The product delivered was installed and did not work. It was removed and upon very close inspection saw that one of the wires was not on the terminal. The proper return policy was followed and I am now told that this is not what they shipped. When I found this item was defective I contacted Webb Electric Supply and sent the attached picture asking about their exchange/refund policy. I was instructed to follow the Amazon process which I did.I received an email last night that the item I sent them is not the item they delivered to me. Coincidently I just received the replacement timer I ordered from Webb and hope this one works.The only issue that Webb Electric supply could have is that the first (defective) timmer they sent to me did not have any "Intermatic" (the manufacturer) markings on the case of the timer, only on the box it was packaged in so I wrote that information by hand on the case with a marker for future reference in case another replacement was required. Interesting enough that the new replacement has the markings that the first defective item did not!!At this point I am not happy with my experience with Webb Electric Supply.
