I was not sure when I ordered these but boy do I love them. The magnetic grip is strong and doesn’t move once placed. It allows me to sew a straight line. No matter how hard I had tried using the lines on the presser plate, I still could not sew a straight line. I placed one of these and sewed a perfect hem! I would recommend these!

Loving this! I have a Singer Featherweight. To Get that quarter inch seam I can use the side of the presser foot, but it's hard to keep the fabric straight on long steams. I have other seam guides, BUT, taking them off and back on takes too much effort/time when I do the quilting piecing that you have to sew on lines (quick flying geese, hour glass and other triangle tricks). THIS seam guide does it all. It is great for normal quarter inch seams, stays in place, and I can feed my fabric in against the guide and keep a perfect quarter inch. But when I need to stop and sew on lines across fabric, like quick flying geese, I can pull this guide off, sew, then put it back easily.

I love these! Very useful. I didn't know these existed until recently. They nagnetize very securely during use but can be picked up and moved with little effort. Great sewing tool. Highly recommended!

These are very strong magnets but your fabric doesn’t go underneath it, so it’s great for outside edges but not for anything on the inside. It doesn’t have angles on each side. Like I said it’s very strong so it’s adjustable but can be a bit difficult. The colors are pretty and they’re easy to use!

Great if you struggle to stitch straight lines. I’m indifferent to the color but they are very durable and easy to adjust.

These don't stick to my sewing machine, because it has too much plastic. They seem well made, stick nicely to steel objects, and I'm confident the will be handy for other things, ie patern weights. But as seam guides, on my Viking, they don't work.

I can't sew a long straight line for my life... These are a game changer. I have been able to speed up my sewing because i can rely on these to help keep my seams straight. The magnets are the perfect strength, they don't move while you're sewing - unless you are sewing heavier sandwiched pieces. But, they are perfect for me. & Great price point.
