What a great experience. My initial order wasn't right, due to my misunderstanding of the personalization page (I let them know it was confusing). They responded immediately and made it right. Sent me corrected keychains in a very timely manner. Very happy with this experience, not to mention that the key chains look really nice. The engraving was lovely and the quality of the keychain was good. I will be checking with Personalized Master for future engraving needs.

I gave this to my fiancée to wear in his work keys (LEO) and he loved it!The message is very personal, and it looks really nice you can’t tell what it says unless you actually look at the keys. I loved it and I love that my sweetheart can look at his engraved gift anytime and think of me:)

I bought this for my son. Just the right size for his key chain and not heavy at all. I did have a hard time trying to figure out what side to put his last name on the other side. I of course got it wrong. lol. Great gift but if you add more than one like take your time to figure out which side you need it on. I would buy again.

There's nothing about this that I don't like. I got it for someone else as a gift. The font came out nice and clear and exactly how I imagined. It's the perfect sweet little gift if you don't know what to get someone. It's personalized and they get to keep it on their key ring to always see it. It's small so it won't be huge and bulky on your key ring. I'd say about 2 inches long.

When my daughter was born I went back to work rather early, and I wanted a little Keepsake to have with me when I was at work. I initially bought one for my boyfriend and then fell so much in love with it that I had to get one for myself. I had initially bought a necklace from a different seller, but I didn't wear it that often, so this worked so much better.

I bought this keychain for a very dear friend who recently lost his brother. It arrived in a nice navy gift box that is lined with a foam pad with navy flocking.I ordered the black, and the engraving is flawless, and, it is wrapped in clear cling plastic to protect the surface of the metal. It is a perfect memorial piece for him to carry.Very satisfied!

Text is perfect, the authenticity of the item is an A+. I would order this again, this is a great gift for any occasion. Mines has Happy 1st Fathers Day/Date/ our baby’s name/our baby DOB. Whoever does this great job🤗
