GREAT PC!! Kernel error problem, causing a rebooting. Read my review to fix it!
This PC is really great. I have installed Fortnite, World of Warcraft, and after effects (a really big editing software) and the computer is working perfectly. I did have some trouble in the start because I did extra updates which caused a KERNEL error & my computer kept rebooting, but Microsoft says that this is a common error update so I would say pause your updates until a new update is released! PAUSE YOUR UPDATES!!

Solid build quality and great performance
The build quality is great and I was impressed with the thoughtful case design and spec. I noted a previous review wished they had provided a dust filter. It came with my system. Understand this is not a highly expandable mother board - only one pci slot. I did swap out the video card as I needed to run 3 monitors, and I may further upgrade the RAM to 64gb. But I am not using this for gaming so system demands are not extreme. At price point itโs a great value and And Skytech Global seems like a solid company producing a great product. Highly recommended and when itโs time to upgrade this company will be my first choice.

Recommend this for the people looking for a budget pc
Looks really good i would just suggest they shoulf have a longer power supply because i have to place the pc away from me but over all ita good i recommend new players switching from console to pc that this is the best on the $500 range budget.

WARNING: Misleading Info & Outdated Hardware, Not Compatible w/ Windows 11
I would give this product a negative rating if that were possible. While it is common for products to occasionally fall short of expectations, this seller is actively misleading customers by marketing a computer that is over 12 years old as โnew.โ This system is not compatible with Windows 11, yet it is being sold with Windows 11 installed through an unsupported workaround. The incompatibility is not due to a single issue, but several fundamental hardware limitations, including an underpowered CPU that does not meet minimum requirements and the absence of a TPM moduleโstandard on virtually all PCs manufactured from 2015 onward. Numerous prior reviews confirm that buyers only discover this issue once Windows 11 requires a legitimate update, which cannot be completed. The hardware is so outdated that it cannot run basic modern applications or games, such as Call of Duty, due to the lack of TPM 2.0 support. There is no legitimate solution to make this system Windows 11โcompliant or to add a compatible TPM module. When I contacted the seller to ask how Windows 11 was installed and to address the TPM requirement, I did not receive clear or direct answers. Instead, I was offered a $30 credit toward a future purchase, which does not resolve the core issue. Additional details are also misleading. The PC does not include built-in Wi-Fi or Bluetooth; instead, extremely low-quality USB adapters are provided to compensate. These omissions are not clearly disclosed in the listing. A fitting analogy would be selling an iPhone 5 with cosmetic enhancements and presenting it as a current-generation deviceโonly for buyers to realize it cannot run basic modern applications. It is disappointing that Amazon allows this seller to continue selling such products in high volume. To make matters worse, I was required to pay nearly $30 in return shipping. I was informed that a refund would only be issued after the item was received and inspected, a process that can take up to 30 days. Based on other reviews, even receiving the refund appears to be problematic. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.

It's worth it, IMO.
It does what it's supposed to do and does it well. Anyone thinking about buying one just do it.

Tech support was awesome- STG Rich
This computer would not work after 4 months. I called tech support and they ran tests on the computer and we could not get it to work. Rich at support center was awesome. She got me a replacement computer very quickly. Very happy with Rich on handling the issue.

Good choice
I was searching for a while and even after committing to the purchase I was nervous that I didn't make the right choice. But I've had it for some time and I couldn't be happier

Image kept cutting out starting after 1 day
The image started cutting in and out repeatedly after about a day of use. I tried multiple HDMI cables, including one that had never been used. I then thought it was a settings issue between the PC and my TV, but after trying everything I knew and asking google for help, the issue only got worse after about a week. I don't have any issue when using the TV as an external screen for my Surface, so I'm guessing the issue is with the card itself, which is made of cheap plastic. That brings me to my next point: the entire thing feels CHEAP. Not cheap in a barebones kind of way, but cheap in a "flimsy plastic and chineseum" kind of way. The graphics card is STGAubron badged and the plastic on it feels incredibly flimsy. I wasn't expecting quality, but I had hoped for a sturdier-feeling build. It's not a comfort when the LEDs in your case are controlled by a tiny remote. The keyboard and mouse feel like they're made out of the same plastic as the cover of the graphics card. It's nice of them to toss in the accessories, but they feel AWFUL and are fairly unpleasant to use. It's worth noting that I'm not usually one to care about the feel of my keyboards, but I'd rather use the cheapest box store keyboard I can buy the included one. Now, when I wasn't experiencing image issue, the performance wasn't awful, however, the hardware is all outdated, which is a roadblock if you intend to upgrade. I got it for use with DAWs, which I do NOT recommend. However, it worked well enough for gaming, especially for older games. Definitely a 1080p card. Setup was fast and easy. It found the Wifi network quickly, and then I just logged in to windows and loaded my familiar settings in. Honestly, I think it would be a perfect PC for a kid to get started with PC gaming, but you should keep looking if you want something to last.
