Severe depression and grogginess!

I was fine mentally, (just needed some sleep) when I purchased this. After the first night I woke up with severe depression and grogginess that lasted all day long. I took half a tablet the second night and woke up exactly the same.I googled if there’s any correlation between the ingredients and depression and sure enough, this sleep aid is known to cause depression symptoms.I would rather not sleep than feel extremely depressed, I’ve disconnected taking these.Just beware if you have sensitivities or prone to depression.
