I use this for driving. The pillow adjust to the shape of the lower back after a while. It helps with lower back pains. But it would be more comfy if it was bigger to support more space on my back.

I originally bought this lumbar support pillow for when I travel because airplane seats are so uncomfortable and make my back hurt. I found that I use it for so much more! I keep it in my car to use while driving to provide extra lumbar support. I also bring it with me during my massage therapy sessions because lying on my back for an extended period of time makes my back and hips throb in pain. When I put this behind my back, it eases that pain and makes it bearable. I have other lumbar supports that are a bit better than this one, but mostly because of the size. If this was a bit longer, I may have given it a better rating.

I've recently developed some back issues. I'm seeing a physical therapist and she recommended getting some back support for situations where I am sitting in chairs that really don't offer proper back support (which is almost everywhere I sit). So I purchased a half dozen different supports, trying to find ones that work.For me, this support isn't sufficient for most chairs. It's helps, but it's much smaller than most supports and for most chairs I find the larger supports more helpful. Where I decided to use this was on my recumbant bike! It definitely helps there, and in that situation there isn't actually room for a larger support, so it's perfect for that situation. Your mileage may vary.

Very useful

This lumbar pillow is shaped nothing like the picture. It’s like a blown up bag that comes in your packages. There’s no support as it’s uncomfortable to use. I’ll use it as a pillow that’s the only use I have for it right now. But to use as back support nah!!

I use it in my car, and this new one for sleeping with it as between knees or when lying on my back, under knees. works great and the right size for me. The sleek cover is easy toslide back and forth when I change positions. Recommend!

This is just way more lumbar support than I needed. I love that it's portable, but it's too much.

The support and pain relief are pretty good. However, it’s so small that every time I move, I’m constantly having to reposition it.
