Good product. It’s very useful for elder people. Mainly helpful for whose who suffer from knee pain. Sturdy product and very easy to assemble. Valuable and dirable product.

Product is very good but needs two improvement. 1) Paddle and belt is of very inferior material. 2) Stainless steel rode is becoming too hot that should be avoided by using better quality Coustomer want mind paying little more for good quality. Rest everything is awesome.

metal part of pedal heat issue
after 5 min of use the metal part of pedal becomes too hot

Excellent product
Good product. No assembly required and very easy to use. Let me add. After use, I have noticed that the pedals are getting overheated after 3 to 4 minutes of use. It is so hot that the ankles are likely to get burnt. Is there any solution for this. I have asked for replacement but I don't think that replacement will work. Can the supplier suggest whether I can return this order.
