They are healthy. They made a good kefir in the first batch. Often they won't do that because of shipping. It seemed like a small amount and the grains where mostly small ones. None the less, they are working good and growing. I've only had them a couple of weeks and they have almost doubled the amount. Good price too.

What I received was such a small quantity but WOW! They fermented my soy (with a little maple syrup) milk crazy fast and I just made some of the creamiest keifered soy milk that I’ve ever had! They have already doubled in size too.

FThe instructions tell what to do for 2 days, then require you scan a code, which I cantrdo.😤😤

I am very happy with my purchase! When the grains arrive, they don't look like much but trust me they work. I followed the included instructions and have been making fresh Kefir daily. Much better than store bought. The grains have already started to multiply.

Received my kefir grains and couldn't be more happier with the product. They are growing and I'm enjoying kefir smoothies, cheese and yogurt. Wonderful product.

I was expecting a small amount since it was low-priced, but I didn’t mind because other reviews said the grains were very active. To my surprise, I received more than expected, around 3/4 tablespoon. They look healthy, but I’m still following the activation instructions provided in the package. I’ll update my review after using them for a while.
