Chops, slices, and dices veggies fast and doesn’t take up much space. Easy to swap blades. A bit loud and cleaning can be fiddly, but good for quick meal prep.

It’s truly a workhorse and will revolutionize your cooking game.What I love…Speed: I can process an entire industrial size bag of potatoes (slice, dice, whatever) in MINUTES. For real, minutes.Overall use: It works exceptionally well. The potato dicing shown in the video is proof positive that potatoes will literally fly through the unit in beautiful, consistently sized cubes. The lateral slicing attachment (French fries etc.) also works incredibly well and is sort of genius. I haven’t tried the slicers yet but it’s going to revolutionize my pickle-making this summer.Ease of use and clean-up: No removing dozens of fussy pieces and hand-washing plastic bowls that never seem to come clean. Pop the top off, unscrew the screw, rinse everything, send some water down, wipe out, and you’re done.Food chopping: This unit is NOT actually a food processor in the sense most everyday kitchen users think. There’s no bowl with a blade spinning inside. As such, you can use it to dice, shred, slice, etc. but you won’t be able to do some thing that your bowl-food-processor can do like make peanut butter or salsa or pie crust. It’s intended to make quick work of a garden full of produce or a bulk buy of veggies, not to make guacamole. I plan to use it for fries, hash browns, preparing foods for the dehydrator, and more. As a home-cook, I don’t usually process 20lb bags of potatoes (because who has that kind of time?), but with this tool, I could do exactly that and prep for freezing or preserving a huge yield of garden produce.However, a word of caution…Since this is an INDUSTRIAL food chopper/slicer, operation is NOT like your home kitchen food processor.SAFETY: This unit does not think for you nor is it idiot-proof. It expects the user to have some sense and not do things that smart people don’t do. While you can’t turn the unit on with the top assembly off, the chute IS wide enough and short enough to put your hand in. Don’t do this. You will end up with fingers in your potato dice. Be smart and use the food pusher, not your fingers.INDUSTRIAL: This unit is also built for heavy use. You will need a little wrench and screwdriver (which does NOT come with it) to unscrew things/make adjustments. It’s not “plug and play” the way home-grade food processors are with all sorts of little discs and blades. If you want thinner slices, you have to adjust the slicing disc with a screwdriver or change blades by taking some (easy to assemble) pieces apart. It is built to last and is very very solid, which I love.Serious home chefs, restaurants, soup kitchens or anywhere you need to process a lot of food quickly will love this unit. It’s quickly earning a spot on the counter, but is compact enough to fit in a cupboard or appliance garage too. I’m extremely happy with it.

The media could not be loaded. I cannot say enough about this quality machine that makes prepping ingredients SO much easier. I managed to chop, dice, and slice onions, carrots, tomatoes, zucchini's, etc. in record time. I cut a large head of into eighths, and this machine chopped it perfectly in less than a minute! The convenience alone makes this processor worthwhile. Then there's ease of use: replacing the blades is so simple, and cleaning the parts was just a matter of rinsing and carefully washing with a soapy sponge. You will have to try it for yourself to experience the wonder. My only suggestion would be to include gloves for handling the blades. Also, the manual could be better translated, but the machine is easy to figure out; I figured out how to adjust the thickness of slices without the manual. I did not try the shredding blade, but I am sure that works great, too. I cannot speak for the longevity of the machine as yet but will provide an update in a few mths. So far, this machine is worth it.
