Look, they are cheap, and they feel it. the actual guard is small and you really do wonder how it will fit but it does and it holds in place overnight - I have really painful teeth at times because of grinding teeth in my sleep and this reduces that, however doesn't entirely prevent it and it is designed simply to stop your teeth reaching each other and grinding with friction.The main issue i find with these is they are a sod to mould - as you are essentially placing a piece of heated plastic in your mouth you have to be VERY careful, and if you mis=place the mould you can be left with a slightly 'off' fit as they are not exactly easy to remould once misaligned (because you have already moulded a shape in to them, its hard not to place back in your mouth to the already moulded shape!). You get two sets in this pack - one which is just a mould for top teeth and the other is a set for both (essentially a plate you mould the top of your teeth to and clench together so you mould the bottom - this set you cannot breath through your mouth with when using!!!The most interesting thing with these is I can tell when i have had a grinding night as they do demonstrate wear and I can feel where they have worn on one side. They are however good and long lasting/hard-wearing.I would recommend them, but they can take some getting used to, as they feel HUGE in your mouth at first.

Put in hot water to mould as suggested in instructions...but, watch out they go soft very quickly and deformed in the water...the edges sticking together..which is then impossible to separate.Had to throw one set away...

I like this product, it adapts easily to my teeth, but you need to follow the instructions. It is a pitty that this product is not suitable for doing sport.

I used this product to stop my teeth grinding it is hard to get used to at first trying to sleep with something in your mouth but after about a week you don’t know it’s in and I feel better not waking up with a sore jaw

Good product, I bought this to help stop clenching during the night. So far it has helped me, my jaw doesn't feel so achy in the mornings.

Took guard to my dentist for his review and he feels, as I do, that the shield is far too hard and large for a normal mouth. So, sadly of no use whatsoever in this instance.

Stopped me grinding and clenching my jaw so did the job! Just be aware it may give blisters/ sore mouth after first couple of nights.
