I'm absolutely thrilled with this purchase, saving over $200 from the same new watch -- yet it appears and functions exactly as new. I've inspected it closesly and there's not a mark anywhere. The battery health shows 100%. It shows an Apple warranty until Apr 30/26, so it's just a month old. I'm able to add AppleCare+ coverage if I want it (I don't). And it arrived a day earlier than scheduled (ordered Sunday, received Wednesday).It's an upgrade/replacement for my old series 4 Apple watch, which apparently took one too many swims (i.e. no longer fully waterproof) and will no longer charge (gets HOT). And yes, I've had it in a bag of rice for several days. It was time to upgrade to a better one anyway.My referbished-like-new series 10 came in a generic box but incuded a new charging watch "puck" cord. Totally happy with the watch and the company. Hello I just wanted to personally thank you so much for selling me the Apple Watch, all my life I always wanted a stainless steel Apple Watch but could never afford one and when the titanium 10’s came out and they are lighter than the steel I really wanted one but couldn’t afford it. I have been using the watch you sold me and I absolutely love it and have had no problems with it. Works like new, charging is speedy fast, amazing quality, tracking exercises is accurate. Just having been diagnosed with A-Fib, I needed a watch to help keep an eye on my health stats. I tried a few cheaper options then the Apple series 10. This is an amazing watch and it gives me peace of mind which is really priceless. I purchased a used like new one and it was in perfect condition and charges to 100% very fast. I lasts all day including through the night. I charge it a few minutes each morning to bring it back to 100%. This is one of the best purchases of my life. It’s also so light I forget it’s on my wrist. There are many YouTube tutorials to help understand settings and features. Value, quality, ease of set up is all great.

The watch looked great…but it asked for a passcode. I was looked out! That is how it was sent to me. It would have been excellent- as described- if quality control would have made sure the watch was reset for a new user. (The watch can not be used because nobody knows the old customers’s passcode. I am so disappointed! I have to ship it back just for a refund.
