Great buy!
Thing is clean, install easy, too came off so you can move electric (some rewiring may be necc pending where you want it)Fit in my bumper that said 12k spacing.The gears/unit was not tightened all the way so it was freespinning if you gave it any resistance. Luckily, J wanted to rotate the head so I could grab freespool with ease through my bumper so once I rotated that (great option btw) I tightened it down and it worked properly. 100% 5star on price, low noise, and excellent fit.

Powerful and reliable.
This winch is fantastic for pulling trucks and boats straight up the boat ramp near my house. We have an issue with the 2wd trucks losing traction on this one particular ramp when pulling their boats out. This winch paid for itself in one weekend after I set up across from the ramp giving people trouble. It's powerful enough to pull without using a snatch block. And the 85 foot cable means I don't even need to move my truck to hook up.I couldn't be happier with this winch. Thanks for the great product.

Open road brand seems like this 13,500 will work better than my old winch!
Easy install, looks like it is a better build than the old SB 9500 I had. Haven’t tried it yet, but do like the 2 remotes

Best bang for thr buck! Solid quality at a quarter the cost.
I absolutely love this winch! Was looking at getting thr harbor freight badlands winch, decided to give this one a try and I'm so glad I did. Build quality is amazing! Value for your money, love that you get 2 wireless remotes and a wired remote. Looks great on the front of my jeep. Definitely looking at other products they make (mostly the awning) to try out in florida on overland trips!

The hat was squished
Out of the box the winch looks awesome although I think they could have done a better job with mounting the control box onto the winch it looks a little weak where I live I get plenty of snow in the snow and ice alone will bend it into the but other than that I haven't got the test it out yet we will see if it can truly pull that much weight I plan on putting it to the test. With all that being said even if it only does the same as the 12000 for the price I think it was a good buy but I still haven't put a battery to it to see if it works they want reviews faster than what you can put your stuff together.
