Product good - transaction as bad as it can get
The item was fine. However, the entire transaction was horrible. Chose the 12 month pay over time. The Amazon Visa card deducted the entire $1500. In addition I lost the 5% cash back for choosing pay over time. I contacted Chase & got nowhere. I contacted Amazon & the service rep stated they would give me the 5% Amazon credit but they never did. I've been an Amazon fan forever but this transaction and the lies definitely was a bad look. I WILL NEVER CHOOSE PAY OVER TIME AGAIN. DON'T FALL FOR IT.
