I rarely leave reviews but feel obligated to in this case.The original delivery came earlier than expected. Unfortunately the pressure gauge on the pump didn't work. The seller responded within hours & sent a replacement part immediately.The board & accessories are great, so easy to inflate, get out on the water & pack away when done. We've already had loads of fun with it, worth every penny.

I couldn't decide between buying a SUP or a kayak so when I saw this item I ordered one straight away. What sold it to me was when I read a previous review that said you can leave the seat in place and still stand on it. This is great if you want to travel distances and swap between the two without having to beach it. I have been out several times round the coast in Cornwall, sometimes covering several miles in a single trip. My son had a try on it and was instantly hooked so I had to buy him one too! First time I have managed to drag him away from a screen in ages so I didn't mind too much! We now go out together a couple of times a week and he is still loving it. I would say that it is a little harder to stand on than a beginners board but then, you aren't going to be a beginner for ever so it's worth the initial couple of dunks in the water to have a board that works well as both a Sup and a kayak. Also love all the extras that came with it.

Great paddle board was nice that it came with a convertible paddle to switch between single sided paddling whilst stood up to paddling on both side while sat down or on knees.Really like the paddle having a carbon fibre shaft, does look the part and has plenty of adjustment. Comes with the usual extras bag, leash, repair kit, dry bag etc. I have not used the kayak seat for it yet. The pump is dual action (inflates on the downward and upward stroke). Dry bag was a nice touch, can keep phone and car keys safe whilst out on the board.My biggest gripe is the storage bag. It’s rubbish. It’s mad of a canvas type material which is fine but the zippers are very fine tooth and not heavy duty, there are no external pockets and it’s just too small. I’ve tried rolling it up a few different ways and no matter how I do it, there’s not enough room in the bag not to mention that the middle section of the paddle is longer than the bag itself by a few inches. I’ve manage perfectly fine packing tents back into small bags but this is just beyond. After purchasing this board, I bought my partner a board for over £100 less than this and her bag is really good quality with plenty of room, side pockets, heavy duty zipper and internal straps.All in all I’m pretty pleased with it. Certainly does look good, pump and paddle are great quality too. Just a shame that the bag is so bad.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Highly dangerous. 2 boards have both exploded whilst product was in use.

The SUP was purchased as a birthday present. Within days it was being used out on a lake, thanks to the heatwave. It was easy to inflate as the pump included in the kit makes quick and easy work of inflating the SUP. There were so many useful extras included as part of the kit that apparently you would normally have to purchase.A sturdy looking piece of equipment.Overall brilliant value.Couldn't fault delivery either, it arrived the following day at no additional cost.Had to get back in touch with the supplier as there was a minor issue, but wow! this was dealt with and resolved promptly and satisfactorily.Brilliant piece package and exceptional customer service!

Ordered the weekend and came by Tuesday. Great delivery by dpd and they let you know approximately what time you will get that day which is very useful! Paddle board package came in very large heavy box which i brought into my lounge. Great value as you get carbon paddle great pump and various other bits as part of package. Also US fin box which is great as I can buy different size fins if i so wish. Pumped paddle board up tp 13 psi as recommended and left up for 24 hours to make sure it didn't leak air. Could not believe how large it look in my lounge!!! Didn't leak any air which was great. Will be testing out weekend. Fingers crossed it performs as good as it looks. All in all great value package and all this for under £250 at time of purchase and with a 2 year warranty. Excellent!!!

Everything you need in one pack. Well worth the money and everything is quality and not cheaply built. We have though, bought an electric pump which connects to the car.Recommend to anyone.

I got the board a few weeks ago, and few things which are annoying, 1 the bag is not great, fits the board no problem, and a few other things, but really no pockets on it to hold the paddles. shame. 2nd The pump is terrible. first one the psi meter would not work. and air leaking from it. contacted seller, got a 2nd replacement, same problem psi meter not working. air leaking, 3rd replacement, psi meter stuck on 5 psi would not go up.. so yea the pumps are terrible. they do the job don't get me wrong, but i got no idea when 15 psi is done on the board. so guessing game. All for all though the board is very nice, stable. sturdy(so far) paddles are nice. nothing wrong with it, shame the pumps and the bag are so bloody awful :( why my 4 stars. ) just talked to seller, he giving me £20 back as a goodwill gesture, because of pumps. and he gonna work on them. if you have a problem contact seller matt. nice guy.
