Good buy , we like the cubes , it does make a new batch in less then 20 minutes. To be enough for ice coolers for the guys to take along to work , we need to bag some and put it in the freezer . But for the money it is all and more than I expected .

Bought this ice machine after researching many different ones. This one had great reviews. This was easy to set up. Makes ice quickly. Actually hold oce better than expected.

Unfortunately it doesn’t make ice. Just leaks water. It’s huge so it’s going to be a pain to return***update. Customer service 10/10. Shipping back was easier than expected and we received a replacement that works great

Uses a mip fitting or boiler drain. Will not hook up to a standard ice maker box…

First of all, the machine does make ice. But not as much as advertised. The storage capacity is supposed to be 35 pounds, I am lucky to collect 20 on a full box. I have even busted the large chunks with a hammer and spread evenly throughout the box, and it still only nets 20 pounds or so. The overall quality of the machine is very cheaply made, not worth the listed price. I feel that this machine will not last a year. The user manual is very broken English and most of it doesn’t even make sense. The provided water connect fittings are also cheap and leak. I purchased my own piping and plumbing and water filter from the hardware store, but I did use the provided male and female 1/4” x 1/2” connectors, those are then only connections that leak. I purchased the 200#/24 hour machine, but after reading the descriptions it is the same size as the 100#/24 hour machine. It seems as if they sell the same machine with different price values.

The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome. It’s pretty lightweight & came fast. I’m not even sure what kind of black magic they use to get the ice to freeze so fast, but I had ice within 15 minutes… and a lot. The ice holder area is pretty big, so it makes & holds a ton of ice. We love it.

Ice machine works great, produces ice efficiently. however when we received it, one of the wires were disconnected so it wouldn't turn on.

So far so good!No instructions, I'm sure trouble shooting problems will be interesting............or not😂
