Easy to make for someone who’s never made a chocolate bar 🤣💖
I’ve been wanting to try this dubai chocolate seeing it all over my dang tiktok and i’ve got a massive sweet tooth 😭🤣 The kit came with Tahini, Pistachio cream (so yummy and sweet !), a pretty good sized bag of the knafeh, and 2 silicone molds. Not to mention there is plenty of all of the ingredients to make at least 4 nice chocolate bars!🤗 I wanted a white chocolate version so i had picked up some white chocolate chips to melt, before ordering this so i’d be as prepared as i could and im pretty satisfied with the result! I didn’t use the tahini but maybe next time i will, to balance the sweetness from the pistachio cream and also im going to make the chocolate layer in the mold a bit thinner, so that i can put more filling that was the real treat. The knafeh was what i was concerned with the most with crisping it up but it wasn’t difficult at all i kept my little pan on medium heat and added a tablespoon of butter for about 3/4 cup of knafeh and i just kept tasting the crisps after so long to my preference on how crispy i wanted it. Fun little treat to make for sure!!**update ! On the second bar i made, with half milk chocolate, half white chocolate it came out perfectly with the amount of filling i prefer in comparison to the first bar i had made. Soo yum !

Good kit!
I order this product because one of my little cousins wanted to try the Dubai Chocolate so I told her I will make try to make them for her. This kit had everything to make the Dubai chocolate except the milk chocolate! This kit it’s good to make at least 4 Dubai chocolate bars! It’s really worth the price! The quality was so good as well!

Bad product and unsafe no seal on pistachio butter (leaking out too). Unusable
Crispy things smelled like dead fish. The pistachio butter was not sealed and leaked , but the open foil also made it unsafe as bacteria and tampering are of great concern. Whole thing very poor quality. Do not waste your money. Buy food safe items from grocery, which I wish I had now. Total waste of money

Had fun with this
Wanna start off by saying, unlike those complaining about buying this without actually reading, I actually planned accordingly and bought my chocolate, so no issues there. With that said, I also thankfully did not experience any issues with the Tahini or Pistachio Cream leaking, at least until I went to open it. The tahini was very watery, and did get messy when I went to use it, so I can imagine that must be how so many have been delivered seemingly “damaged”, maybe due to rough shipping/delivery or weather conditions making the contents easier to soil, as these ARE perishable items… I don’t think it’s fair to discredit the seller/company for these issues that they probably have no control over..Ultimately I do think this is a good deal. I was able to make 2 bars so far and have enough to make maybe another 2-3 or more, although I will probably need to purchase another jar of pistachio cream as I opted for making my first batch a bit heavier on the cream for the filling, but a $10 jar is better than another $40 bar of chocolate that’s gone in 2 days.. the chocolate bar mold is definitely a bit smaller than the dodo chocolate bars, but it honestly doesn’t bother me as it gets the job done for now regardless. All of my TikTok feed is videos of people eating or making their own bars, so I had no issues with knowing how to make it despite the lack of instructions, as I could just look on tiktok or YouTube for tips if needed..Overall I’m super happy with this, I was excited to make a white chocolate one, as no one really offers a white chocolate pistachio Dubai bar, and I knew the moment I tried the filling by itself I knew this was worth it. Obviously a bit different from the viral bars when homemade with no specific measurements but that just means you can adjust to what you’d like more of, like I did by making the filling creamier and I loved how they came out. Great taste and super fun to make!

Nice set to get started
The ingredients made a very tasty bar. I picked up some dark chocolate melts for the chocolate bar mild and it complimented the filling great. Also, I didn't mind needing to pick up my own chocolate since I prefer picking my own. My only complaint is there is no recipe included. I found a recipe and scaled it based on the pistachio cream size. The chocolate bars were enjoyed by everyone though! Also, I found it was better pricing overall to buy this to start since I also didn't have the chocolate bar molds or the ingredients. Now I only need to buy and/or make the pistachio spread and kataifi when I want to make more.

I Added a Recipe. You are Welcome!
Three stars because, at the end of the day, the ingredients were great. Deducting 2 starts because how hard is it to include the measurements that you need to create the bars? I used this and it turned out well.Brown 50g Kataifi in 20g unsalted butter. Once brown, place into a bowl to cool. Once cool, mix in 120g Pistachio Cream, 7g Tahini and a pinch of salt. Use 400g chocolate of your choice. Line the mold with the melted chocolate and put in the refridheraror to cool. Once cool, add the pistachio/Kataifi layer and top with chocolate, spreadung to the edges of the mold. They were delish!

Totally worth it!!
Everything was great. My only recommendation would be adding some directions in the box. I had to watch some videos and read some recipes after j got the box because there were no directions.

Save your money
Pistachio cream barely tasted like pistachio and the tahini was full of grease and had a piece in it that didn’t mix it was just hard and tasted like a peanut. Couldn’t even taste anything but the tahini when you mixed them. Box also came a little damaged. Would not recommend and way too expensive for the cheapness of what they give you. Also no instructions
