This bench feels sturdy and is perfect for weight lifting and core strengthening exercises; I feel that it may not accommodate large people well. It was fairly easy to assemble and is easy to move around and adjust to different inclines. Very satisfied.

It is a nice little weight bench for the price but realize it is an inexpensive bench. This is nothing like a bench at a commercial gym. Not even close. I am rating 4 of 5 stars due to the price. I did my first workout on the bench. I am 6'3" and 200 pounds. I used up to 60-pound dumbbells on the bench for chest presses. The bench held up well and is sturdier than expected for the price.Note that there is a large gap between the seat and first pad. When using this as a decline bench, your bum will slip in this gap and hit the bare metal. It is very uncomfortable. Also, at 6'3", the bench could be a little longer. It was okay but the back of my head is definitely not on the pad for some exercises.The adjustments are great. The seat moves. The foot pad moves. The back can be used flat, decline, or multiple incline positions. The main back pad is also quite stable and does not move left/right.Overall, it is nicer than expected. When the box arrived and was MUCH smaller and lighter than expected, I was not expecting much. I think I'll keep it but suggest you look fr a nicer quality bench in the $100-150 range. It will be worth it. I definitely will wonder if this bench will snap when I use it but it does feel quite stable.

Title says it all. If you’re looking for a quality workout bench, no need to keep sifting through amazons plethora of listings. This is the best bench for the price. This is a quality bench that’s made with good,sturdy material. I use it in my bedroom and given the limited space I have, this is an absolute joy. The padding isn’t the softest, but it’s comparable to a gym bench, which is all you can really ask for. I personally was sold in this bench for the price, along with the foot bar for sit ups. You can really get so much from this bench, that honestly if you’re someone who exercises but doesn’t have a bench, you should consider adding this to your home gym/workout routine

Update:I had damaged foam grips and couldn't figure out a way to contact the seller. Then they contacted me asking if I am satisfied with my purchase. I explained the issue to them and they sent me a whole new set! I really appreciate their customer service. I did tell them that i don't need the resistance bands because i am happy with it - just need the grips replaced. Since they can't send the grips separately, the new set was here two days later. I am very happy with this purchase.Our gym is closed during the pandemic and this is the perfect alternative. It's not an exact replacement for free weights but definitely great for home workouts.___OLD:The foam grips have "melted" marks and those diverts have no cushion. This is brand new - took it out of the box few minutes ago.

During Covid I needed a way to work out at home and I ordered a set of resistance bands direct from a seller and they just never arrived. I waited almost 12 weeks before I finally gave up and ordered these bands from Amazon. Two days later these bands arrived along with the bands I had ordered 12 weeks prior. I got a chance to compare both orders and there was a huge difference.These bands from Amazon: have a heavy duty carabiner and each band is labeled with the strength of the band; 20lb, 50lb, etc.The bands from the other seller were flimsy, with no label and a small clip that does not seem like it will last. Also they cost almost twice as much as the Amazon bands.I recommend this product.

Simple to setup and use. Perfect for strengthening my rotator cuff. I swim regularly and have had a rotator cuff problem and therapy so I knew which exercises to do. This kit comes with quick release bands and a "behind the door" anchor that is simple and convenient. I keep it setup so I'm reminded to do my exercises when I walk by. It's made a big difference.

Worked well indoors and out. The red band (the heaviest) snapped on a light bicep curl. I've gotten good use out of these, but I am disappointed the red band snapped as I used it with every exercise.
