Endless Supply of Custom Pimple Patches (and More)
Hydrocolloid patches have been my go-to for years, but buying them in those tiny precut packs always felt like burning money. This roll completely changes the game—it’s basically a never-ending sheet of pimple patches you cut to whatever size you need.Performance on Pimples & AcneThe absorption is exactly what you’d want from hydrocolloid: it pulls gunk out overnight and flattens whiteheads without leaving your skin raw. I’ve used this on both small breakouts (cutting tiny dots with scissors) and bigger cystic flare-ups (cutting a larger square), and it handles both. Because it’s one continuous roll, you’re not limited by the awkward sizing of pre-made patches.Versatility Beyond Acne• Pimple patches: Custom cut to fit a single zit or an entire cluster.• Blisters: I used this on the back of my heel after a long hike—stuck perfectly through sweat and friction.• Scrapes & small wounds: Keeps everything clean, protected, and speeds up healing.• Hydration patches: I even tried a big cut across my cheek overnight when my skin was super irritated, and it calmed redness by morning.Ease of UseThe adhesive is strong but not irritating. It’s waterproof enough to last through showers, though if you’re wearing it on your face, I’d recommend smoothing the edges down carefully so it doesn’t lift. The roll is 16 feet long—you’re not running out anytime soon.Pros:• Massive roll = endless supply of custom patches• Cuts cleanly with scissors into any shape• Works exactly like brand-name hydrocolloid for acne• Waterproof and flexible for blisters or scrapes• Cost-effective compared to buying premade dotsCons:• Slightly thicker than some cosmetic patches (so not the most invisible under makeup)• Can curl up on the edges if not cut with rounded corners• Requires scissors—no peel-and-stick convenience like precut packsVerdictIf you go through acne patches like I do, this is hands-down the smarter buy. It’s medical-grade, versatile, and turns one product into an all-in-one for pimples, blisters, and minor wound care. Think of it as the Costco version of pimple patches—bulk, reliable, and saves you money.

Surprisingly Versatile – Great for Kids and Breakouts!
As a mom of two young kids, I’ve tried a ton of bandages—and these are by far my favorite. My daughter picks at her scabs constantly, and these are the only ones that stay on through baths, outdoor play, and all the chaos of kid life. They help wounds heal faster because she can’t peel them off without also pulling the scab—so she leaves them alone until it’s actually healed. Total game-changer.Bonus use: pimple patches! You can cut these into any shape or size, which makes them perfect for larger breakouts. They’re way more affordable than most acne patches and super effective overnight. Just know they’re a bit thick, so not great under makeup, and there’s no medicine or microneedles like some acne-specific ones have.Highly recommend for both stubborn kid boo-boos and budget-friendly skincare!

Cheap and customizable
Cheap alternative to pimple patches (for overnight wear) and great for blisters! I like that you can cut it to the size you need

Not as good as pimple patches
Mainly bought this to replace pimple patches as it is cheaper for the amount you get. I have very sensitive skin and break out often and easily. I feel like this isn't quite as effective as pimple patches. It does work, but doesn't pull out as much as a pimple patch does. But still worth it for what it is. And it does have multiple uses.

Good for bandaging/pimple patch substitute
I initially bought this because there weren't any affordable bandages for a rather large wound of mine, and it worked perfectly for that use. Waterproof, absorbed well, and didn't come off unless I took it off myself. The amount in the roll is generous.I've also used it as a sub-in for pimple patches when I was running low on those; the round pre-cut ones are best if you need to wear one out, but these are a great cheap alternative if you don't mind doing the cutting. It's also a bit more forgiving than some pimple patches if you accidentally stick it (lightly) to itself or on the wrong place on your skin. Right now I use it as basically a giant pimple patch for my jawline and it's excellent for that.

Very, VERY good product!
This product is far better than I expected. It adheres to the skin very well, yet does not damage the sound when removed. It also promotes rapid healing and does not merely cover the wound like a typical bandage and dressing would. Seriously impressed. Also, my kids tell me it didn’t pull their hair out when I took it off, so that’s a big plus. Lastly, a little goes a long way!

Great product Good price
OK first of all, what a great deal; I mean they sell the little tiny dots of this stuff for 10 to $15. You get that much in the first 4 inches! I used it over a recently scratched up skin, and it drastically reduced any scarring. Plus, unlike the band AIDS, it doesn't stick to your skin or meld together with the wound/scab.

Cut your own size!
I live being able to cut different sizes for different scraps, zits, or bites. It is working beautifully on my sensitive skin without a reaction. Does well absording the fluid out of broken skin. The price deterred me originally because I usually react to adhesives but this is we'll worth it. It is a little difficult to get the backing off but after some practice, I've been able to get the bandage off flat. My only recommendation is to keep a specific pair of scissors with the roll. Every time I need it, I have to dig around for scissors.
