Why you should never buy a new E-scooter ever, again! Near perfect product!
Assembling the foot stand, instead of the seat was a little bit of hassle, but I'll gov over the steps in this review so you won't have any problems. Aside from that, everything else works like a charm. The only real problem with this unit is learning how to drive it at turbo speed safely, which comes with practice. Begin with Standard speed mode (middle speed). This also saves large amounts of battery for distance. My overall rating: 10/10 = 5 stars. Why did I rate this a perfect rating? This e-scooter, although the first unboxing assembly can be a bit tedious, it is a one-time assembly and then it's done. Everything else is awesome aside from assembly!Review and guidelines:If using the seat, you do not need to unscrew any of the pre-mounted screws & bolts to the board, instead you simply screw on the seat. However, if you are like me, and want to attach the footrest and remove the seat mount, follow these quick & easy steps:1. Use a hair blow dryer for 7-10 minutes to 'heat up' the bolts by the seat mount to "hot temperature." There is a special industrial resin, a little bit like tree sap, that is on these screws from the factory. If you heat up the metal to hot, again at least 7 minutes with a blow drier on high, you will soften the resin and you can now unscrew the screws. There will be 4 screws on top, and 4 below. Be sure to save them as you will need the same screws to mount the foot-rest for later.2. Next, you want to unscrew the two orange shocks. These are mini shocks and it's very important that you only unscrew the end closest to the foot rest area, so that would be 2 screws total. Save these screws for later.3. Next, with the seat stand mount off and stored in the original box, unpackage the foot holder, and mount the 4 screws below the board, the 4 screws above the board, and lastly the two shocks ends with their 2 screws.4. You will struggle aligning the shocks. It will look like the shocks are not the right distance to the holes to screw the shocks into the foot stand. You simply need to "press" on the the rear tire next to the shocks to angle the tire closer / or further away so the shocks may be screwed into the foot rest. This took me over 1 hour to figure out, and now you already know!Enjoy.Pro tips:Drive on Eco (Speed 1) on walking paths that are curvy.Drive on Standard (Speed 2) during normal straight aways.Drive ONLY on Turbu (Speed 3) on car roads and/or with cars. Turbo is 45kph which is about 28mph and it is extremely fast. Imagine a fast bicycle. You will even pass cars, so again, I advise using Turbo only after some practice on a street with little to no traffic.Important tips in order of most importance first !1. You never travel without the charger in your backpack. I have driven far distances and left my charger at home or at my brother's home and I have been totally screwed at no battery.2. Always charge at night before driving far. Here are the distances:On Eco / Speed 1 which is super slow, you will get 20+ miles. I do not recommend eco as it is only for small walking paths. On Standard / Speed 2, this is a good normal speed, you will get 14 miles dependet on hills and down-hills. The more downhill the furtherOn Turbo / Speed 3, I got about 5 miles. Remember that Turbo will not save battery (at all) it just blasts away for max speed. Think about driving a car at full speed rather than about 75mph on the high way. Your fuel empties really fast on your gas / or EV cars.Questions? You may email me at [email protected] need to get this, it is amazing! 10/10!

Great scooter for the money!
I have had this scooter for about a week now and was pleasantly surprised at how fun it is!This scooter is shockingly fast. It has no problem hitting 28 mph in most conditions - even going up the fairly steep hill near my house. Going down the same hill in turbo mode, this thing flies! For riding on the road, the standard mode provides the perfect balance of speed and battery efficiency, but turbo is obviously the most fun.The ride is comfortable on the road and the few dirt trails i have ridden on. At 6ft tall, I don't have any issues with the size or handlebar height at all. At the same time, it folds up nicely and fits easily in the back seat of my car.Out of the box, the initial battery charge was relatively quick. The battery capacity also seems adequate for my needs. The headlight works surprisingly well at night, which is a huge plus. It also doesn't drain the battery excessively.I also appreciate the large central display that shows speed, battery level/voltage, mode settings, and odometer. The only other thing to mention is that some of the screws may require a bit of tightening when you first receive the scooter, but that's not a big deal.Overall at this price point, I think this is the best option available.

⭐ 1-Star Review: Poor Quality Scooter & Difficult Return Process
I purchased this scooter expecting reliability, but after just 10 days of use, it stopped working. While riding, the motor suddenly started smoking, and the scooter shut down, leaving me stranded in the rain and late for work. The scooter also displayed a warning sign on the screen and wouldn’t restart for 30 minutes. When I contacted the seller, I requested a return and refund since the scooter was no longer working. Instead of offering a straightforward solution, the seller repeatedly suggested repairs instead of honoring the return. While they eventually agreed to accept the return, the process was unnecessarily complicated.Since shipping the scooter was too expensive (over $600 via UPS), I arranged to return it in person to their warehouse, as they had instructed. After confirming these details with the seller multiple times, my friend successfully dropped off the scooter at their warehouse with all the necessary information. However, despite previously agreeing to accept the return at their warehouse, the seller later claimed that they do not accept in-person returns. After additional discussions, they eventually confirmed receipt of the scooter.Instead of issuing a full refund as expected, they unexpectedly deducted $63 for missing packaging, despite me informing them in advance that I did not have the original box. This fee was never mentioned beforehand, making it an unexpected extra charge.Key Issues with This Purchase:❌ The scooter stopped working after just 10 days.❌ The seller was difficult to work with and made the return process frustrating.❌ They changed their return instructions, causing unnecessary complications.❌ They deducted an unexpected $63 from my refund after confirming receipt of the return.I believe future buyers should be aware of both the product quality issues and the challenges of dealing with this seller. I have reported my concerns to Amazon. I would not recommend this product or this seller based on my experience.
