A little over toasted. My Dubai candy bar tasted a bit burnt. I like the convenience of not having to toast it on my own but I probably should have. They are nice and crunchy and stayed like that after being mixed with the pistachio cream.

This was amazing !! I made Dubai chocolate brownies and used this Kataifi pastry and added my pistachio cream for the filling and it was crunchy and delicious. I love that it came toasted so I could skip that step of cooking it. I will definitely order again.
