I’m absolutely in love with these Nakd Peanut Delight Bars. They make a great cheeky but healthy snack, and they’re surprisingly filling, perfect as a midday pick-me-up. The combination of peanuts and dates not only tastes good but also gives a nice balance of natural protein and energy.The bars are sturdy enough to hold together without crumbling, yet soft enough to eat easily. They’re not dry like some other health bars can be, which makes them much more enjoyable. Quality is excellent, and you can tell the ingredients are simple and natural.The box is really convenient for storage, and this pack is the best value I’ve found anywhere. Overall, they’re a tasty, satisfying snack that feels both indulgent and healthy.

Tasty alternative
Considering you would normally pay a £1 each for one of these bars 18 for the price is excellent value for money . I keep them in as I have diabetes and prefer to use them instead of glucose tablets to even out my blood sugars . They have a vague dark chocolate flavour naturally sweetened and not overly processed taste. 25grams of active carbs they are a good alternative to a chocolate bar as a treat.

Superb flavour and natural ingredients
Having been on a weight loss journey i still get an occaisonal sweet tooth but want a healthier option that a chocolate bar.I first purchased the nakd bakewell bar from a supermarket and loved the flavour. So I came straight home to Amazon and found this box of 18 for a little over £10 (bargain!).They have a superb taste of authentic bakewell but it's achieved through natural flavours and wholesome ingredients. No additives, no chemicals, no sugar or nasties.The texture is good, of a semi hard and mildly chewy bar. It's impressive how it's achieved considering the ingredients are all cold pressed together rather than baked.They're the perfect snack or after dinner treat. Plentiful in size, just the right amount and fuss free easy eating - no preparation or faffing about.I'm looking forward to trying the other flavours in the range.Happy to recommend !
