Not magic but helps
I am not a DIY guy. And the core area I lack skill and patience is the detail. So, creating nice straight lines when painting is up there as a "needs improvement" for me. Masking up takes an age and normal brushes can guarantee marks on the wall I don't want to paint. This item, whilst not being magic, def helps. It still takes time and patience but it is way better than masking up along all the edges and allows you to free hand, with relative accuracy, any edges you need to do. I recently used it to do a wall that had been plastered. I used it along the edge for the ceiling, the skirting and the 2 adjoining walls.

Axus Decor Angled Filch Brush - Any Good?
I purchased this brush for a couple of reasons. Primarily for a tight 'gap' between the top of our stairs panelling and the passage ceiling. Why when our house was built in 1910 could they not have just increased the width of the ceiling by about 3 inches or made the stairway wider as this gap would not exist? I also noted that a few years ago when we had a professional decorator in that this gap was left unpainted and to my eye these few inches looked 'unfinished' and bugged me :) I tried my smallest brush being a Purdy Elite 1" and slid inside a plastic pipe to give another couple of feet length to the handle. This worked to a degree but felt clumsy and was not accurate/tidy enough for me. So I bought this Axus Filch brush and was sceptical when received. The bristles felt stiff and the handle is long. I used the brush and it's superb. Money well spent.Another , less important reason for its purchase was to quickly touch in tiny areas and again it's great with lovely even coverage and ideal for a novice :)

Précis
Pinceau de finition qui porte bien son nom. Léger et bien préhensible, il permet de faire les finitions avec précision et sans bavures. Je recommande.
