Stunning Timepiece
Great job, Citizen — this watch is a true beauty! The matte finish and knurled controls are finely crafted, and the blue face with tan leather strap go exceptionally well together. The hands and face markings are very detailed and finely crafted. The cover is sapphire, which is highly resistant to scratches and should handle bumps without a problem. The watch is very classy and upscale looking. (These comments are from someone who owned a very expensive Breitling Aerospace Evo in blue / titanium!) This watch can go equally well with a suit or when causal — it presents very well and is easy to read. Note: the title states titanium, but it’s in fact stainless steel; however, the matte finish looks like titanium, and it’s not heavy at all. So, for this great price, I don’t mind the difference.I like the quick-disconnect buckle and found it easy to adjust to my size. I appreciate that the time sync keeps the watch date and time precise to-the-second, and it’s easy to change time zones when traveling. The crown adjustment knob is “screw down”, so it won’t be at risk of inadvertently changing settings. A press of the button below the crown shows if the last time sync was successful, and if you hold it for a few seconds, it initiates a time sync immediately. The knob on the opposite side spins the bezel for slide-rule calculations (which is probably for looks more than function these days). For the price on Amazon, this watch is an amazing buy — as a fine gift for someone, or for your own collection. Can be worn for dress or casual. Considering it’s 10x-20x cheaper than my previous Breitling Aerospace Evo, and perhaps just as stunning, I can highly recommend this watch!

Beautiful watch with fast delivery, but "very" poor packaging to say the least.
Finally broke my Seiko addiction and went to this beautiful Citizens after many hours of research. The combo of Eco Drive and Radio / Atomic control was what I was looking for, with a 300-350 price range, and, I'm locked into quality leather bands.Obviously it's too early for a function and accuracy report, but, I do. have one issue..The Citizens Watch box was inside a delivery box with no packaging at all, leaving it to flop around unrestrained, unheard of for some as delicate as a watch. There were no Amazon markings on del. box which I've never seen before. The Citizens label was a bit, but not overly dirty, and the watch was at the top of the padded round holder rather than centered . . . the latter not a big deal but looking like it was packaged somewhat clumsily. Not sure if this is going to be a future issue or not. ( Not able to take a camera picture of label due to severe hand tremors.)

Citizen Watch
Absolutely phenomenal watch, I love the radio technology feature allowing it to stay accurate to the second. Citizens Eco-Drive feature functions great too and it's size fits my wrist great. I can't stop using this watch as my daily wear. I highly recommend buying the Citizen Skyhawk, it will not disappoint.

Solar charge, great fit, looks that get compliments
Terrific watch for under $300. Fits great, setting is super easy, and no more worrying about batteries twice a year.

Nice!
Watch is awesome, I have many Citizen watches and had my eye on this one for a while. I will say the strap is nice looking and seems of pretty nice quality for price point but for me it is wildly uncomfortable.

Mucho Bang for the Buck (especially on sale)
I've had my eye on this watch for a few months and snagged it when Amazon offered a $280 flash sale. For that price, there's a lot to love. For starters, it's a great looking watch, much less "Inspector Gadget" than most of Citizen's Promaster/Skyhawk offerings. Dial is relatively clutter free make it easy to ascertain the time at a glance. While it won't win any 'lume wars,' lume is sufficient for my liking. Lume is not high on my priority list, though, so I recommend you watch a couple video reviews if it is for you. Though it is a little on the large size, it's much less weighty than any comparable mechanical watch. I have a similar watch from another brand that's about the same size but looks much larger on wrist due to the fact that the calculator ring is on the bezel instead of under the crystal.Surprisingly, there's no play in the crown that moves the slide rule ring and operation is smooth and precise. You'll need the eyesight of a hawk to read the slide rule, though, as the markings are quite small. The main crown at 3 o'clock is a screw-down and also feels beefy and well designed.Nothing fancy about the case or simple brushed steel case back, but there doesn't need to be on a watch like this in my opinion. I fully expected to replace the strap with one more to my liking, but the included leather strap looks great and is actually quite comfortable. The solar-powered Eco-Drive movement and its ability to sync with Coordinated Universal Time are what really make this pup worth its salt. If it can get a signal, it will set to the correct minutes and day the second you open the box. After that, it's a simple matter of adjusting the hours to the desired time zone. Since I don't get outside much especially in the winter due to disability, I also purchased an LED charging unit that fully charged the battery within hours.Operating instructions can be found on Citizen's website if, like me, your eyes are too tired to read the small instruction book included with the watch. Once you understand the basic operations, it's easy-peasy to change time zones or force synchronization to the atomic clock if it doesn't update itself. In all, a great purchase, especially if you can get it on sale.

TImeless
I really wanted to like this watch. It looks great and wears comfortably, and maybe it's just me but I draw the line at telling time, which this watch does not do.When it arrived, it quickly set itself to Central Time (I am in Arizona) and when I tried to do a simple manual time set, it automatically switched to some timezone in the mid-Atlantic.Believe the bad reviews on this watch and do not buy it. Personally, I think Amazon should stop selling them.
