This red light has been a blessing for my elbow, back and shoulder. It’s easy to use. Fits comfortable where ever I put it. It does get fairly warm. So far it has been great quality and good value for the price. Would definitely recommend purchasing. It comes with a small Velcro strap for smaller areas and a larger Velcro strap for back area ect. We have USB plugs on our couch so we just use them to make the light function.

I love this red light therapy mat it's just the perfect size you can put it under both legs at the same time cover your whole middle body and it really helped with my stomach issue I was very impressed first time I ever tried red light therapy and I was very happy with that heat level good value for the money.

I got this and then had surgery almost immediately after it arrived. My doctor said he has seen pain relief in patients who use these. It seems pretty soft and the times I did get to use it before surgery, it performed its function well, and decreased the amount of pain I was it. It is light, but not so light that you cant feel the weight of it. It seems to be well made, so I think it will be quite durable.

Game changer! I wish we would have invested in one of these WAY sooner! We have used it for 48 hours, and already aches and pains are gone or feeling better. It is so light, and easy to move with and in. I love that it has a USB and a regular outlet plug. It made it easier to use on the couch, or on the floor with a battery pack.

It's easy to use, and is quite and so helpful in maintaining good health during a grey wonter.

Question, on the M2 setting the red lights don't lite up on low, med or high. Is the the way it is supposed to function or is my unit faulty. I'm hoping someone can answer this before I return the unit.

Helps totaled a picture of power and mode settings if you forget trivia My pt therapist recommended this as I’d pulled a muscle and convenient care gave me a pain killer which wasn’t working. She used theirs but thought I needed more consistency.it really helped my back and then my husband used it. 4 levels of heat. Cord is long so you can sit in a chair. Luckily it was on sale. But if it died and there was no sale I’d get it. Cuts off in 20 minute so there are no worries. of heat.
