My originsl post is below. After the company saw my review contacted me and offered me a new bag. I'm happy that they did. The rye flour is nice. My sourdough starter is happy and I'm making bread with it.The bag arrived with a puncture at the bottom and flour was all over the box. And there is no return policy, which i find frustrating consider is not my fault and $15 down the drain.I won't buy again

Started trying to bake homemade bread and I love this flour. I mixed it with other type of bread flour. Came out delicious.

I used this to start my sourdough culture. It took 2 days to see bubbling. The yeast and bacteria on the husks of the rye are still active and fresh. This is how fresh and organic this things is!

My sourdough starer loves this flour. I haven't baked with it, but Kevin really likes it so ill keep feeding it to him.

The flour itself is just fine.One of the bags burst inside the shipping box(!) That took one MASSIVE impact, as these bags are tough. Not enough product was lost to complain but...WHAT A MESS.
