Good comprrssion. Wear well and holding up to wash. Wear them almost daily and workout in them. They will pick up other colors from wash on white and gray if you are not careful with laundry!

Make sure you use their size chart in order to ensure the right size because if it's too small it's going to be more hindrance than help

I feel it could be a bit tighter at the top. I feel like it is trying to go with making you look like you have large pecks, but I just feel like I'm wearing a corset. It compresses the belly nicely, controlling the jiggle from my recent weight loss. Might force you to eat a bit less since it is pushing on your digestive tract.I wear 2x shirts but needed a 4x for this shirt, so it runs very small. Very thick, definitely makes you warmer. I have no reference at this point so I can't recommend whether it is worth the money.

I am an XX large, the best size for me was Large. it needs to be tight to look your best

I bought this as a gentler alternative to a chest binder because I have very sensitive ribs. I knew it wasn't going to be particularly tight in the chest, but it was comparatively loose there and very tight on the lower ribs, stomach and hips. If that's what you're looking for than it's good, but if you're looking for more chest flattening then its probably not ideal. Overall feels sturdy and well made though.

These are great. I went from my buttons about to pop off, to having room to breathe. The difference is noticeable.
