My fav part if this is the bang for the buck.. as far as I can tell, quality is good, quantity good, value good, easy to dissolve, texture good, tastes like chalk and looks like cocaine... not that I'd know. Doesn't bother my stomach, but that isn't common for me with creatine generally. Comes with an easy little scoop..mix it in coffee if you want. I was for a while and then read that caffeine might limit the strength or potency a bit, so stopped with the coffee mixing thing. I don't sense any strength difference compared to other brands.. right now I just take 5mg, so this container lasts a pretty good time.

Great product at a fantastic price!

I was in the market for a Creatine supplement not only for my muscles, but also for my brain. I did not want a product with any additives but I was afraid that an unflavored product would taste awful if used in water. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this one dissolves, completely and has absolutely no taste at all even when used in plain water.The only caution I have (and this may be true of all creatine products, not only this one) is that it causes digestive upset if taken on an empty stomach. At least it did for me. Your mileage may vary.

It has had great results for me! I have PAD, a horrible disease, it affects my veins. Because of that I've had to deal with a loss of muscle mass. I've always been an active person. I was still active 5 yrs ago at 65. Now that I have PAD, I had to find something to stop/ slowing the progression of muscle loss. This was it. Though I still weak, I am developing more muscle mass! I'm slowly getting strong again. My body is coming back. It's not a cure, but it's helping with the muscle loss. It's one small scoop (5g). There is two hundred servings per container. I put it my coffee, tea, & more drinks. I don't recommend water, taste weird with it. But hard to detect in other options. Great Product, highly recommend!

I bought this brand of creatine because my old one was running out. It is very easy to use, just mix with water or any liquid, really. It gave me the same energy and was as effective as any other creatine I have tried so far. I did not experience any stomach issues when using it. The only issue with this product is that it doesn't dissolve very well, but with a thicker drink, like milk, you can't tell. Very great value for the money I paid and will recommend!
