Bought this for my baby but doesn't work well. Yes you don't need to bend down but you need to pull them up with the straps when they fall or lose their balance which makes it a lot more work.

My back thanks you!
This product is almost perfect. It's such a simple great idea and really helps save my back being 6'2" and my son is only in the 25th percentile for height. He has one of the wheeled walkers which he HATES for some reason. However, he LOVES this juppy. It makes him so happy and he grabs at the handles and gets impatient when I'm not getting it onto him fast enough! The only cons are it's kind of difficult to get on and off, and the fabric handles kind of rumple and twist. Otherwise I couldn't be happier. You will not be disappointed.

Really cute and good concept. It does help relief us from back pain as our 14 months old is super active. But I won't recommend wearing this on the baby all the time as it's really tight. My personal opinion is using this on a baby for 2-3 hours daily is the maximum I would recommend.

a back-saver!
I wish the handles had more padding, and the straps barely get short enough for me, a 5' 8" woman, to walk my son without my elbows bent. But it definitely serves its purpose for us, since our baby wants to walk CONSTANTLY but can't do it on his own. The Juppy saves our backs.

Steady & Secure
I bought this for my 4month Son. He is 6months now and I use it occasionally when I do. It does the job well... It holds him in place while he tries to walk. I hated the fact that I had to pull on his arms and hands but now this is much easier and safe. I can guarantee your child will NOT fall out or fall down because if he/she bends the knees it's like a bag in a way that will keep him in.. You just don't want to pull up too much because it will add pressure on the crotch part just let them be. I think this is well worth your money.. Wayy better then pulling on your child's little arm or hands

Safe Way to Help Baby Walk
I was recently given the opportunity to review The Juppy Momentum. This is a parent assisted walker for babies strong enough to begin walking, but not quite ready to do it on their own. It is meant to assist the parent (not carry the child) - so he or she does not have to be bent over trying to help their child learn to walk. Now, it has been quite a few years since I have had my own children to teach to walk. I did recently have the pleasure of helping my granddaughter (now 4 years old) learn to walk, and boy what I wouldn't have given to have one of these tools during that time! If you've had children or been around children when they are beginning to walk, you'll know what I'm talking about. They are single-minded about this skill! They want to work at it until they get it done, and let me tell you, that can be murder on a parents back! Thankfully, I survived my granddaughter's single-minded attempts to learn to walk.Coming up next, is my grandson, who this handy little product is going to. He was born in June 2012 and loves to be up on his feet now! The Juppy will be perfect for him, he'll love the time on his feet, and my daughter and my son-in-law will appreciate the help for their backs. It has easily adjustable straps that can accommodate parent heights from 4'11" or 6'11", so will be handy for them both (she's 5'1" and he's 6'), with soft hand grips to make it even more comfortable to use.I personally love the safety features built into it. I am always one to worry about my children's (and now my grandchildren's) safety, and was glad to see the two velcro straps that overlap the zipper in the back, designed to give extra protection there. The zipper is meant for easy access, exit and safety. It appears to be well-put together, with extra stitching at every connections. And I absolutely love that this product is helpful for a child learning to walk, without being one of those old style wheeled walkers that had a tendency to tip over with baby in them (don't even ask me, I had a child in the mid-eighties and this did happen to him - luckily he was ok, but it scared me enough to never use one again!). This product is designed to require the parent's assistance at all times, so adds another layer of protection for the child. The Juppy is made from 100% cotton, durable canvas-like material and is lined on the inside with a soft flannel-like cotton, which feels soft to the touch. It's machine washable, which is always a plus with baby's, since messes seem to happen around them :-) It can be personalized with your child's name to make it their own, and comes with a carrying bag, so you can take it on the go.Disclosure of Material Connection: I received one or more of the products or services mentioned above for free in the hope that I would mention it on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

I like it
There's no 4.5 option and this product is definitely better than a 4 so I gave it a 5. Very comfortable and easy to use. The only concern is how well the soft cotton (on the lining and hand grips) will look cosmetically after lengthy usage. Looks like it may form little balls. This product is still new to me. I've only had it for a few days and its great and the other parents I let try it loved it as well. I would definitely recommend it to people who like to walk with their kids without having to bend over.Love the embroidery option too!!!
