For optimists and pessimists alike! Review: Helps you find the good in your day! - I love this journal, perfect way to unravel your mind and helps you find the positive in your day especially when you feel like itโs only been negative. Have actually gone through 4 of these I love them so much! Highly recommend to anyone who needs help finding the good โค๏ธ Review: The first journal I've looked forward to filling in every day - I've tried lots of journals over the last few years and have found this to be (1) just the right length to complete each day - getting me to reflect without being overwhelming, (2) great format with different content each day (the 'same old same old' every day in other journals bores me quickly), (3) easy to fill in with tickboxes and short sentences that make me think. It's ideal for reflection and I look forward to completing it every day - this is definitely a journal I will stick with!

Great book!
I like this book however I sometimes struggle to read what it's asking me due to the font and I struggle to fill the book in itself because it's not spiral/wiro bound which means it's hard to physically write in it. Other than that it's really beneficial to my wellbeing with each page being slightly different than the last. There's also nice thick pages too.

Not helpful for me
This is a good idea, but I found myself forcing my mind to look for the negative in days that were general or okay, and even on the happy page, having to find something difficult that happened inside the good day, which in all honesty made me personally feel anxious as if I had to find the bad in all days or the journal would be incomplete. This journal helped many but sadly not me. The days do not generally apply because some entries do not relate to your day at all, so what do you do? Ignore the page? Some days in life aren't so great but you have entries where something amazing is meant to have happened to you in the evening, and unless the journal is psychic, that won't always make sense. But like I said, others like this, but to me it just made Mr anxious.

Wonderful
I use this most evenings with my 10 year old son. It works so well to have a positive page and a negative page, it's realistic and gives him space to allow a grumble, but then think positive about other aspects. We like that each day is different, and especially being about to add our own word to the feelings lists each day. Something a little more grown up in style, that still works to connect with an adult.

Great! I bought two more!
This journal is ideal for over-thinkers who tire themselves out journaling on a regular piece of paper, by writing EVERYTHING in detail! Instead, this helpful little journal asks questions and has tick boxes and spaces to fill in. One side of the page focuses on the negative and the other side on the positive. It makes a cathartic summary of your day and helps you keep perspective. It makes a good keepsake to remember specific times in your life, too. The tick boxes of emotions are numerously varied, including feelings such as; creative, efficient, alert, hormonal and taciturn. My Ups and Downs Journal became a daily activity. I completed one, over five months or so, then bought two more!

Whimsical and Useful
I really like the guided journal approach. I am enjoying mapping my moods with the prompts as they spur some creative assessments. A little whimsy in my life is most appreciated.

Great for venting.
I love that one page focuses on the bad part of your day and the other page is for the good parts. I wish the questions were a bit different, but it shows perspective.

Great journal
Great journal, every page has different things, instead of just the same page repeated over and over. Definitely recommend this.
