ive given 3 stars , because ive not seen any improvement as yet , ive not been coughing up anything and i dont feel anything happening, ive only had a cap a day for last couple of week i didnt want to take too much as there is no suggestions on how much to take . im guessing that the type of people that would buy this would know what its for ,but a list of the benefit's would have been nice to have

Whether I works.
Its hard to rate something like herbal tea and its effectiveness two days after I received it. But I can say its mild tasting, kind of woody.Hopefully it will help my breathing.
