Fav tea
This is my friends (we're from Melbourne, live in London) favourite tea. I bought her some as part of her Christmas present. Its quite pricey for 25 tea bags, but its a really nice tea. I have it as my 'special tea' ... oh did I mention I bought myself one too? Only seemed fair. The taste has a very subtle vanilla sweetness (but not sweet) to it. I am someone who likes milk, and honey in my tea and I drink this tea black so that should give you an idea of the flavour. I haven't included photos because I don't think they are necessary.

Lovely tea
I've previously had this tea from one of the supplier's shops and really enjoy the flavour. Unfortunately there is a not a store near me so I was pleased to be able to buy via Amazon.

A nice tea but with artificial vanilla flavouring
Nice enough overall but a pity the vanilla flavouring is artificial.

Earl Grey with a hint of Vanilla
I heard the buzz around this tea so I thought why not give it a try. Let me tell you firstly that I am a ardent YORKSHIRE GOLD TEA advocate! It is the best cheap affordable everyday nicest tasting tea period. You could get 2 or 3 boxes of Yorkshire Gold for the price of this 100 loose tea tin. With that said lets get on with it shall we:1° Tastes like an Earl Grey Tea. Delicate, fresh and floral.2° Vanilla scent is not overwhelming but you can definitely notice its there.3° Works best as a cold infusion I think. Cold over ice cubes with slices of fresh strawberry & kiwi fruit on a hot summers day.4° Has a nice smell when opening the tin. Also leaves a nice scent on your breath and when entering the room where it was drunk. Its definitely a weaker tea than Yorkshire Gold. They recommend steeping it for 2-4 mins and I left it for 10mins and it still felt weaker than a Yorkshire Gold steeped for 4 mins. Its definitely not terrible tasting but its also not going to replace my Yorkshire Gold as my goto cuppa. It is also prohibitively expensive and just wont do for your everyday needs unless you hit the lottery or something. All in all it makes a nice gift, as in someone gave to you so you might as well make the best out of the free tea. I would not buy it again but I do love Vanilla and Cinnamon so I might give their New York Breakfast Tea a shot since its supposed to be reminiscent of New York Maple Syrup and Cinnamon Pancakes. If you love Earl Grey Tea then I guess you may get more mileage from it.
