Take 1st thing every morning!
Have one of these every morning before going to the gym! Can mix all my supplements in with it but get the good flavor of the Liquid I.V. with NO clumping!! Doesn't hurt my stomach. Love that it's sugar free. Just a great way to start hydrating 1st thing and getting in those extra electrolytes! Raspberry lemonade is my fav!!

Smell
I have been using these for a few years now and they seem to help with Hydration. They also have great flavor and are Sugar Free so that is much better for you system. They do not bother my stomach and texture takes a few minutes to desolve befor drinking. The smell is very good and flavorful.

My wife loves this Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier in the raspberry lemonade flavor. She says it helps her stay energized and refreshed, especially on hot days. The fact that it’s sugar-free is a big plus for her, and she enjoys the taste. I’m not a massive fan of the flavor, but she’s made it part of her daily routine and swears by it.
