Wasn't sure what to expect and when I first put it together I was a bit concerned with the build quality. But truth be told, it's very pleasant to use, cleans WAY better than my previous regular round mop and while I don't think it's going to last a decade, it's not a terrible build quality either. Main averages: not having to use hands to dry or clean the mop, and because it's much dryer while cleaning, the floor is ready to walk on in like 2 minutes. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

The refill mops provided i got three pcs. Which is good. Now the mop pad after using for just a week i saw it had a tear in the pockets that we used to clip the mop in. If you guys have designed such a good mop u should come up with a better way or material in such a way that the mop refill doesn't tear easily with daily use n wear n tear. The product is expensive this is the least we can expect! I also found the size of the mop TOO BIG than my last purchase which was of a different brand, which I'm not a fan of the size. Also the mop stick i find is too heavy in weight as well. I get wrist pain after moping the floor. If it was light weight that would have been much better. As for the flat mop it works very well n gets under the furniture easily which is a plus point. I would recommend this but again something better should be done that the mop refill retains itself for longetivity. Also the dry function of the bucket also works very well n doesn't stain my floor with wet water marks 👍 Considering Buying new mop refills r also expensive 😔

Problems 1. It is very hard to dry the mob Because when we insert the mob in the drying compartment it is so hard to figure out how to properly dry this thing's for first few days I just pull that plastic piece while I insert the mob in the compartment ,then after sometime I figured out that you have to insert the mob slightly tilted back and then insert it ,it works fine till some extent I will explain in the next point 2. It doesn't dry the mob properly Ok even I tried this new method (which I think is the proper way to dry the mob) it still doesn't dry the mob completely the mob remain wet from the top because it doesn't interact with that plastic piece (which removes the water while inserting the mob ) so I have to do it twice and have to make sure that the top of the mob get dry properly , and even there is issue when it get stuck inside the bucket and can't get out ,I explain it in the 4th point 3. The cloth that attached with mob remove from one side or completely Ok after this hastle of this drying situation I face another issue which is related again to drying , because it is so hard to insert the mob in the drying compartment many times the cloth get removed from one side of the mob and then I have to put it back and it happens again and again 4. Mob get stuck inside both of the compartment if you insert the mob completely Ok so after all this hastle this is the biggest one and so frustrating it happens every time ,so when I insert the mob and by mistakely if I insert the mob completely ,it get stuck inside the drying compartment or in the wet compartment and eventually I have to open the entire lid of the compartment to just remove the mob Advantage 1. Cleaning is good compared to the circular mob Honestly after so so much of hastle with this thing there is one thing that actually good which is the cleaning I really like the cleaning of this mob (it doesn't means I will prefer this to anyone ) 2. Build Quality In this section I'm really impressed with the build quality of the product it's best among all the mobs I have used till date

After using it from last one year. It's performance is very good. No issue detected yet. Cleanliness is very good. While mopping, it doesn't leave any durt or hair or anything behind. Even, I just used one one pad till now. It has given 3 pads. But, it depends as per a person's usage.

The Product is overall good in terms following aspects. 1. Bucket - very good quality plastic, sturdy and tough. Looks good in terms of appearance. 2. Washer/Rinser - again good quality plastic. Easy to use. 3. Rod - Good quality material, with nice cushioning on Top. 4. Pad - good quality pads, cleans well and picks up dust and other waste from floor. BUT the biggest flaw is the pads attachment to the Mop head. I started using the MOP since April and by June 2 pads are already unusable as the stitching on the pads which holds on to head is not there anymore. I have to discard the pads not because they have gone bad or lost the ability to clean just because the ability to hold onto the Mop head is lost. I had to Order the refills costing ₹499 for 6 pcs , which leads to below concerns. 1. This is not cost effective. 2. The pads are required to be discarded before reaching its full capacity. So UPC needs BIG improvement on the attachment of pad and mop head.
