Can this be used for the exhaust outlet of a clothes dryer?

Yes, I am currently using it for an outlet on my dryer.

Next insulate it in the attic or between the floors Next if you can make it go through the walls instead of in the room that will help but if you can not then insult it and wrap sarah wrap around the insulation.
