No sugar. Check with the barlean website for what flavors the oil overall. I did not find the oil sweet in flavor, nor did the oil trigger cravings or crashes. While I cannot advise about using anything for ketogenic purposes, fake sweeteners overall can cause insulin surges in the body, promote confusion for the pancreas, and promote a round thick torso appearance for biologic men and women both.
