I have really bad eczema on my hands and this lotion has saved me. I wear it every night before bed and wake up with soft hands. It can be hard to find a good lotion because my hands are super sensitive to everything. But this lotion has caused no bad skin reactions or irritations. Once applied to the area it dries pretty quickly. There is no greasy or icky texture left behind or a weird smell. It’s a very lightweight lotion, I would use this and a thicker lotion for daily use. Easy portable and you can take it on the go.

I have pretty gnarly dyshidrotic eczema all over both my hands. Without constant moisture and protection, my palms and fingers crack and bleed. They stay covered in uncomfortable blisters and often feel inflammed and extremely itchy. Sarna is, thusfar, the only product that truly helps with my symptoms. My cracks have healed in and keeps more from forming. While my eczema is still out of control, my quality of life is at least a lot better with sarna than it would be without. I tried a sample at a dermatology clinic and bought this tube as soon as my sample ran out. The sensitive anti itch lotion is also really good - I use it during intense itching episodes and it keeps me from scratching the absolute hell out of myself. Definitely worth every penny - I went ahead and subscribed because I'm sure I'll continue needing it. There's no weird odor and no fragrance - if anything, the sensitive gourmand may detect the faintest note of oatmeal. It reminds me of the idea of the smell of an oatmeal bath.

Love this stuff! Helps dryness and rashes, sunburns and smooth consistency. No smell. Have bought several bottles in past and it was first given to me by dermatologist years ago. Worth the money and a little goes a ling way.

I really like this lotion. It doesn't make my daughter's eczema spots go away completely, but it does keep it from getting worse. I stopped using it for a couple of weeks and they did get bad so I will definitely repurchase

I purchased the Sarna Eczema Relief Skin Protectant Lotion because I was looking for a non-greasy, non-sticky, lighter weight, summertime hand cream that would help keep the eczema on my hands at bay. The ingredients seemed promising. I love that it has 2% colloidal oatmeal along with beta glucan and I was very intrigued by the addition of Bacillus ferment and Sarna's "Moisture Peptide Complex". As advertised, the lotion is not heavy or greasy and I was happy to find that it dries down fairly quickly which makes it easy to use throughout the day. I didn't find it to be the most hydrating product to ever exist, but it wasn't drying either. I had really high hopes, but after less than a week of consistently using the lotion multiple times throughout day with a thick layer at bedtime I (unfortunately) ended up with the kind of eczema flare that I typically get when my hands are not moisturized well enough. The lotion definitely did not *cause* the flare, it was just a result of my skin being too dry. I tried adding my usual heavy, greasy cream (Eucerin Eczema Relief) back in at night and found that as long as I do that at bedtime I can keep using the Sarna during the day and the combo is hydrating enough to prevent further flaring. TDLR: I love that this lotion is reasonably lightweight and I really wish it could have replaced my greasier and stickier creams, but it just isn't hydrating or protective enough to be my only hand moisturizer. I still am enjoying using it during the day, but am disappointed I still have to grease up at bedtime. I plan on finishing the tube because I certainly don't hate the product! But I'll probably go back to using Vanicream Moisturizing Cream (in the tub) as my day moisturizer and (horrible) Eucerin at night unless a miracle happens and something better comes along!

Use of this lotion is pretty good for my skin. Works second best to a prescription.
