It was not as sticky as other tape, some tapes I can wear for a week but this tape can maybe last two days. However it got the job done and was affordable. I tape my foot daily for accessory navicular syndrome and it has changed my ability to move. It doesn’t hurt to remove this tape and it was supportive. I really love how the precut strips make taping faster in the morning.

These do not stick quite as well as Rocktape, but I rather appreciate that. They last for the day, then come off fairly easily with some body wash during a shower. I’ve used it with good results for my knee and feet.

Tape strips are great, but last for only 24 hour at best barely got through a 12 hour shift at work, and a morning at the gym. I had to wash my hands and use hand sanitizer while at work. I choose tape for sanitation reason, but since the tape didn’t stick a brace would have been more appropriate.

Save your money and time! This stuff is pretty useless. Doesn't stick, even after carefully prepping the skin. Doesn't even last a day. I've had the name brand stuff adhere for up to a week. Worth spending the money for it.

Good quality. Good price. Quick shipping. The individual strips are great and I can cut them any way that I need to pr use them as is. Just be sure to pull the backing off slowly as to not cause it to fold up on itself. If that does happen, you can carefully pull it back apart and it still works.Try to put it where you want it, on first try. If you need to slightly shift it a little, you can as long as it isn't attached to itself. I wouldn't recommend adjusting it more than once though for it to stick well. If you do need to cut it, I recommend rounding off any corners, if possible. This helps it to stay on longer.Overall, this is a food product that I use daily.

Tried these instead of the precut ones and seemed like larger quantity for similar price. Have to cut them if you don’t like thickness and use 2/3 each time so did not save any money there. Also they don’t always stay stuck to skin- roll up under clothing.

I have a long head tendon tear injury. Trying to play completive wheelchair tennis. The tape is sticky going on but peels / comes off quickly. Won't stay on for me. My skin is dry and clean when putting on.

Pro-I had a torn meniscus and couldn’t have surgery for three months but need to function at a performance level. This tape got me through 14 performances!I felt secure on movement (with an additional brace) with this tape as the foundation.Con- use a bit of oil before application and remove with soap and water or the skin may be irritated.
