Bought on a whim before a festival to see if they would help me at all...help is an understatement! The pain relief was so great, that I had no knee pain all weekend! Super great quality, comfortable and easy to take on and off due to the velcro. I did feel a bit silly wearing them, but I quickly got over it after how good they were working! Truly can't wait for them to make my knees feel awesome when I need them to!

They were a great fit, stayed in place and are comfortable, I was able to stay mobile all day and do my work without a problem. Most of all it helped with the pain. Very happy with this purchase

I have a very bad knee, it is completely shot, I need knee replacement but have put it off for a few years now. Needless to say, I have a lot of pain and after being on my feet for a few hours, I can barely walk. I read the reviews for this product and decided to try it. I'm an active person and I can honestly say I was quite surprised that this little brace made a difference in my day yesterday. I was able to get a few things done without limping, leaning on door jambs while walking from room to room, even able to mow the lawn. I wore it over my legging, not sure if it would be comfortable on bare skin. Not sure why a tiny size brace/velcro strap is included, you'd have to have a knee area of maybe 6" in diameter. It's useless to me. Adults and kid's sizes should be sold separately. Bottom line, it helped with my knee pain.

This is a great deal. These are really nice knee straps. Very well made and fully adjustable. I had knee surgery in July due to a torn medial meniscus. Kept having pain across my lower central knee area and I have found that these really help. I don't wear one all day, just when I am doing PT or more active. I highly recommend this purchase.

I have CMT a neurological disease that impacts my legs greatly these simple but EXTREMELY useful braces allow me to continue to function with lesser forms of help allowing me to keep my independence while remaining comfortable I bought an entire set to swap out throughout the week and have been impressed by the quality they continue to keep!

Easy to put on, comfortable to wear, and great at stabilizing the knee! Helped lessen knee pain significantly!

I am an aging ex tennis player that has recently picked the sport up again recreationally as well as pickleball. Maybe getting back into it a little too fast has caused some issues physically, including my knees (feet & elbow too ha).After a month or so of playing 3/4 times a week I felt a slight pop then a slight crunch underneath the lower part of my left knee cap. Might be bone fragments floating or could just be bone on bone rubbing from the patella moving which happens as joints age. I'm not one to go to doctors unless absolutely necessary and didn't want to for this as I suspected what the issue was.As a result I looked to see if there was something that could be done to help. Saw this type of band was popular among athletes, from runners to tennis players. this is supposed to keep the knee cap from sliding down too far apparently. I gave it a try and the first time out was pleased.I was worried about comfort. Sometimes these types of braces with velcro fastenings are not comfortable and can dig into skin etc. Not the case. This is very comfortable to wear. The band is soft and I wore it for an hour playing pickleball and really didn't even notice it. I wore it on both knees even though my left knee was the one with the issues. I did, however, feel a little tweak on the right as well.I also was worried about the band slipping and not staying put. Not the case. This stays in place very well. I retightened it once during a water break but it wasn't really necessary. I use the large straps that come with these bands and they are a little long, however they attach well as there is plenty of velcro material to fasten too. Between the large and small straps, this should fit all sizes of knees.Overall, I am pleased with this band, Good value for ten bucks. Comfortable, and works to keep the kneecap in place.edit: this is still a great product, however, I needed to step up to full knee braces. Had too much after playing swelling and discomfort. Getting old is not for the weak...

My kneecaps (both of them; Fate was appently looking for a laugh that day) move out of position constantly. It hurts to walk when they do. While I can push them back into a non-painful position, step-step-stop and push on your kneecap isn't...fun. Or fast.Instead, I wear these little jewels. On the more errant of my kneecaps, I press the extra straps provided into duty as extra stabilizers. Instant relief! Can't recommend them highly enough.They hand wash well, and the Velcro is very strong still after more than six months.They are almost infinitely adjustable.Support is great!I got the blue ones...These, along with a pair of heat-and-massage knee braces, keep me mobile. Get yourself apair of both and prepare for being able to walk again!
