We previously had a different fingerprint handle on our door but we switched rooms. When we went to remove that one, it broke so we looked for a new one and found this one. This one reads the fingerprints easier than the last one we had. Install is just as easy as it gives you step by step in the instructions. This also comes with a key you can use if the fingerprint scanner quits working or you have someone that needs in that doesnt have their fingerprint saved.

This smart door lock really impressed me. The first thing I noticed was the excellent build quality. Its size gives it a very luxurious look, and it feels comfortable and solid in hand. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow. Installing it on the door was just like installing a regular lock, I think it took me about 15 minutes.The manual also includes a QR code that takes you directly to the app store, where you can easily download the app. Everything is controlled through the app, which is very user-friendly. The Bluetooth connection is responsive, making the pairing process fast and simple.Fingerprint setup is done directly in the app, and you can register fingerprints for all your family members. You can also set a passcode or unlock it via Bluetooth.It even comes with a pair of physical keys, just in case the batteries run out. Plus, it has a USB Type-C port to power it if needed. I definitely recommend it 100%. great product!

App failed to connect to doorknob only works with key.

I love this lock--I live with a couple people (I only rent a room in a house with 4 other people) and one of them I don't trust. Caught him sneaking into my room for what seemed like no purpose.So, I bought this lock, and now he can't get it at all!

Easy to install, fit was fine. When it works it's great, you get exactly what you pay for. I will be returning it because the one I have has issues. It doesn't recognize the number pad inputs, despite me putting the password on the app. It also only connects through Bluetooth, so if you're too far away from it you cannot unlock it remotely. The biggest issue I have is that it freaks out, some of the lights flash and it locks me out, I cannot use the fingerprint or the number pad, and if I didn't have the key I would've been locked out of my room. There seems to be no customer support or real place to look for fixes so I will be returning it.
