KOSTANZO Leveling Casters: Revolutionized My Workbench Stability!
I recently upgraded my heavy-duty workbench with the KOSTANZO Leveling Casters with Ratchet Handle Design, and I am absolutely blown away by their performance! These aren't just any casters; they're a game-changer for anyone needing serious mobility combined with rock-solid stability. The total capacity of 2200 lbs is no joke. My workbench, loaded with tools and equipment, now glides effortlessly across the shop floor. The wheels are smooth and durable, making repositioning a heavy setup incredibly easy. No more back strain or wrestling with immovable objects! But the real star of the show is the ratchet handle design with adjustable leveling pads. This feature is pure genius! Once I've rolled the workbench into position, a few quick cranks of the handles lower the sturdy leveling pads, lifting the wheels off the ground. My workbench immediately becomes completely stable and wobble-free, transforming from a mobile unit to a stationary powerhouse in seconds. This is crucial for precision work where any movement can compromise accuracy. The heavy-duty construction of these casters is evident. They feel incredibly robust and are clearly built to last. Installation was straightforward, and the set of four provides ample support for even the largest workbenches. If you're tired of compromising between mobility and stability for your heavy equipment or workbench, look no further. The KOSTANZO Leveling Casters offer the best of both worlds with an innovative design that truly delivers. They are worth every penny for the peace of mind and functionality they provide!

Want a CNC Mill? But Not the Forklift to MOVE
I welded some bracketry that allowed me to mount these to the four legs of a Langmuir Systems MR-1 3-Axis CNC Mill. I believe with all of the add-ons and concrete poured into the base, it brings the weight of the machine to something close to the order of 900 lbs. These casters WORK. I have to get down and ratchet each foot so that it puts the machine onto the casters, but it’s worth its weight in gold. Ratchet one way the castor deploys down, ratchet the other way, the castor retracts up and the rubber foot comes down so the machine is solid. I have a small garage so sometimes I need as much space as possible for some projects and now I have the ability to machine parts in my garage with the rigidity of a semi industrial machine, but also the portability desired by all DIYers. These hold the weight of the machine well enough to roll it around on my own without help. Going over cracks in concrete is a bit of an art, but is absolutely possible. I find a ground piece of 16 gauge steel laid down such that the taper is gradual enough not to cause the wheels to catch the edge of the steel, works a treat to go over the cracks. Something else I like about these is that it brings my machine table to a very comfortable working height (I’m 6’1). I would imagine for most machinery these would help in that department a lot. 2-3” higher doesn’t sound like much until you’ve been leaning over the machine all day, then that 2-3” higher is pretty nice. They look and feel industrial, very heavy duty. I’ve no doubt these will hold to the test of time. This is the magic you’ve been looking for. I recommend these greatly even after a number of months and multiple times having to shuffle the machine around the garage. I bet you could throw a sizable metal lathe or even a Bridgeport on these with a decent frame for the castors to mount to.

Heavy duty.
These casters are HD and well made. I haven't loaded the bench down yet to test how well they perform under load but they seem to roll smooth and easily. So for I am pleased with them. The bench when fully loaded down and in service will have a 500+ lbs machine on it pluss storage on one or to shelfs that will be on board along with a steel enclosure around 3 sides of the machine. If space permits there will be a drill press integrated into the setup. All together I expect to have an estimated 1,200 lbs on these casters. With the rating of these casters I should have no trouble at all with them. I will up date this after they have been in service for a while so I can see how well they hold up. Thank you.

compact, low profile, high load capacity
I have used these for heavy steel work benches, and for heavy pallet racks. Great for moving heavy racks into place and then leveling. These castors are smooth swiveling and rolling, and easy to level with the integrated ratchet mechanism. They are lower profile, more compact, and more economical than standard heavy duty castors. Although these are heavy duty and versatile, they should not be used for tall racking that needs to be anchored to the floor.

They roll, they're solid, they also level! Only issue, you dont get a ton of travel on the feet for leveling. So if you floor is as horrible as mine, it might need a lil extra shim under the lowest spot.

These seem to be a good answer for things that you want to move occasionally, but need stability. I found them to be of good quality and easy to operate with the ratchet handle. I like that they don't stick out too far from the edge of the machine to reduce tripping hazards.

Castors work great under my work bench. When they are locked up they stay put and hold the bench. Takes a fair amount of force to try to move. Installed 4 and can easily level the bench. Transitioning to be able to roll it around the ratchet mechanism is a little slow but I’m not moving it on a regular basis.

Easy to adjust, rolls smoothly, they are the perfect little wheels for my table saw outfeed table. My shop floor is quite uneven and I move my machines around a lot so this help a lot with making sure everything lines up just right.
