Bitdefender has been my go to software for many years now. As I have tried other antivirus softwares in the past, since switching to Bitdefender I have never gotten a virus or had issues with security. The product is reliable, and very reasonably priced compared to other options that dont offer protection and other features that are so robust. Highly recommend. Very honest company with great customer service,as well as offering free trials. This is something that usually stands out with a good company that knows they have a great product. I did purchase their product once and then realized their was a better deal, they easily rectified the issue for me so I got the cheaper price and just extended my existing license for more years. Great customer service.

I really like this software, if anything, for the peace of mind. It stops bad things trying to get to your computer. I haven't had any incidents yet, and I'm flagged if something tries to gain access. Bitdefender does a good job in blocking that kind of stuff. I found it was a lot cheaper buying it here, as well. Usually works out well to add it to my software library on Amazon, as opposed to buying it elsewhere. Everything in one location and easy access to the license when you need it. You will definitely need it when you install. I buy all my tax software through here. Back to this software I think it's excellent, and easily cheaper if you buy the 15 device version with 2 years. Anything else was way more expensive and not as flexible, which seems a bit odd to me, but oh well. I'll take it while I can. You should, too, of course. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

For several years, I worked cybersecurity for a well known telecommunications company before retiring and I have been quite happy with Bitdefender's comprehensive suite of tools. Our two kids are grown up and on their own. Like us, they have phones, laptops and a tablet or two. Add in a couple of in-laws and we make full use of the 15 device Bitdefender license. 👍🏻

PROS >Great product >The best antivirus product I have ever bought. You can visit any web or streaming site and not worry. This product has stealth antivirus abilities. CONS: >I don't like that I can't "top off" my existing subscription. I was told to wait until my old one expires before installing the new one. Why? Other products allow it. That's months away, so I hope I don't run into a problem with it. >THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you have a problem, you can expect them to email you complicated instructions to DIY, which you can't/won't want to do. You have to INSIST for one-on-one support, for which you have to schedule with them. >Can be glitchy.

It was an amazing purchase and really helpful

I have been using Bitdefender for several years. Since I started using it, I haven’t found any other product that is a better overall value, so I keep renewing my subscription every time it is close to expiring. Bitdefender is not only the most comprehensive security product I have used in terms of the variety of different online threats it protects me from, but it has had no noticeable impact on the performance of the computers I use it on. I subscribe to the Family Pack since that allows me to install it on up to 15 devices. I notice that the normal price on Amazon is $200 for the 2-year subscription, but it often goes on sale for 50% off ($100). So I would recommend waiting for one of those sales to order it.

This is great anti-viris software. Found 2 more threats than McAfee did, and does not bombard me with adds.
