Satisfying challenge for experienced kit builder. Well worth the cost!
The media could not be loaded. I delayed ordering this kit because of the cost. That was a mistake! This was a challenging and thoroughly satisfying kit to build. There is so much detail, that my friends are amazed to watch it run. One man who was a racing mechanic, is particularly impressed with the completed engine.This is NOT for an inexperienced kit builder, but if you have built several of the simpler kits, you will have a wonderful time with this one. One big tip: Do not scrimp on waxing EVERY moving part! Especially the timing chain.

UGH! Sad my next model is from UGEARS.COM
UGEARS.COM Yes, I have done this and was happy to work with an engine and the first pieces make the first "part", the crankshaft, I broke #8. Of course the whole puzzle depends on this. I broke it, and there was a baclup and I broke that. Glued and hope it will work because the whole thing depends on this one part. I email for a replacement to INFO and they said they were out: nope, they gave me a link to additional part, NOPE, again. I hope the glue wont interfere with the evolution of the part. My next model is UGEARS.com. UGH! Woodencity, Rokr etc are better

FOR THE EXPERIENCED ONLY
This is a very compact kit definitely not for beginners. The wood quality is excellent and the design is expert all the way. If one is not well experienced my advice would be to look elsewhere for a less difficult experience.
