I’m honestly impressed with this posture corrector! It’s lightweight, comfortable, and much easier to wear than other bulky back braces I’ve tried before. The straps are adjustable and don’t dig into the shoulders, and it immediately helps pull my shoulders back into a better position.I spend long hours sitting and using my phone/laptop, and after using this for a few days I noticed less upper back and neck tension. It also fits discreetly under clothes which is a huge plus.The quality feels very good for the price, and it’s supportive without being too stiff or uncomfortable. Definitely recommend for anyone trying to improve posture or reduce shoulder/back strain.

Fantastic posture correction device. Because of my less-than-ideal posture, I tend to experience a lot of middle and upper back pain. This versatile brace allows me to slowly increase the tension on my shoulders, resulting in a much better posture, even when I am not wearing the device. If pulled sufficiently tight, the supportive straps will cause some discomfort under my arms. I see this as a positive, because it calls attention to my posture and forces me to adjust it to the point at which I don't feel it any more. I've been wearing for 2 to 3 hours a day and I can definitely see an improvement. It is very easy to use and discreet under a shirt. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable, helps with posture issues. Doesn't snag on anything and fits underneath clothing without any problems, mobility is great as it doesn't restrict any movement due to its backpack strap style design, definitely a great choice for posture correction.

Somewhat effective. Feels like wearing a really tight backpack minus the pack. Doesn't really correct posture but acts as a physical reminder to prevent the desire to slump. Has to be really tight to really feel like there is any support, which can lead to discomfort under the arms.

Really easy to use and works super well. It’s pretty comfy so you can wear it all day without worrying about it being uncomfortable or showing. Really does help with posture and it is thin so it’s breathe able.
